I don't know what you've mean by 'French' but I've had better. [Granted he had only had a few chances to sample food from a few systems given the limitations of the First Order's territory but he hadn't tasted anything that compared to his own galactic favorites yet.]

French, as in France. It's where macarons come from. And it's my home country. [She's very proud of this. Of all the wonderful places she's visited France is still her favourite.] It's a lovely country.

I'll take your word for it. [If the country was filled with beings like her, he would give it a pass despite the food.

He still took another cookie- if they were poison at least it wouldn't be the worst thing that happened this month.]

I suppose you have to. I doubt we'll be patient by an Earth anytime soon.

[Which is unfortunate, she misses the place.]

From what I've heard, I don't imagine I'm missing much.

[Any planet which hasn't mastered space travel basics is not somewhere he wants to go.]

Don't tell me you've only heard bad things about the place.

[When there's so many amazing things about it.]

Oh, quite the opposite, actually. It seems those from Earth are rather proud of their little backwater planet despite not having the ability to travel to your nearest Moon.

I simply don't understand what makes this planet so wonderful or makes it's inhabitants qualified to pass judgment on galactic matters because of how things are on their tiny planet.

Mortals have a tendency to be very passionate about their opinions, whether they're right or wrong. I imagine they assume they can extrapolate the history of their own world to an interplanetary scale with no issue.

I suppose the inhabitants of your planet simply cannot comprehend the true vastness of the galaxy.

Humans. I doubt humans can. Your lives are very short, you know.

I wouldn't be so certain of that. [He could measure the galaxy in exact numbers from the Core to the Unknown Regions if he had to.]

Oh? Why do you say that?

Just because the people of Earth can't reach their Moon doesn't mean the rest of us can't find our way around the galaxy easily enough.

You've all got limits, though.
