[ on the night of the 28th, the lecture hall will open its gates though it'll look remarkably different. Winn and Cisco would have decorated the corridors leading to it with Jack-o'-lanterns made from the pumpkins gathered at the little patch on the planet. The hall itself will be similarly decorated, along with other traditional scary Halloween decorations made from paper and fabric ( don't ruin the little paper spiders, they took hours to make! ). There will be music from various times of Earth-1 and Earth-3, so don't be surprised to find Lady Gaga playing alongside the Spice Girls! Feel free to make requests or otherwise, just show your skills on the dance floor!

There will be a bar run by Nami offering free sodas, though you'll have to pay for your own alcohol ( remember, don't drink and fly! ). Alongside the bar, characters will find a few tables offering candy from Earth-1 won by Cisco at the game room with a little sign reading TAKE ONE, LEAVE SOME FOR OTHERS and quite a lot of space chips and protein dips as well as various candy from all over the different planets ( cleverly hoarded by Winn! ) and a large selection of pumpkin pies and pumpkin treats. Characters will also find a line leading to Cisco's trusty ice cream machine, though it'll only offer peanut butter flavored sorbet.

At the corner of the hall there will be a karaoke machine with a little sign-up sheet. Characters could sign up solo or in groups and list the song they'd like to sing. Keep in mind though, the entire hall will be able to hear your rendition of Sexy and I Know it!

Adventure-seeking characters will be able to follow signs reading HAUNTED HOUSE and reach a large hall that was turned into a maze by large cardboard blocks painted black or covered by dark fabrics. Making it out of the maze won't be too hard and the maze itself won't be too frightening but will be mildly startling. It'll include some nifty engineered animatronics of witches, scarecrows, scary clowns and skeletons as well as holograms of ghosts! The song featured in the invitation will also be heard here, on repeat. It's a good break from the dancing and for some private conversations and moments.

Remember, costume are mandatory! you don't want to be caught by tonight's pumpkin kings, do you? ]

[People would actually say that to Allen's face? Clay looks a bit appalled by that, offended for Allen's sake, before he gives a snort, then leans in with a teasing half smile.]

Well, if you're a figment of my imagination, then I never want to stop imagining you.

[Though at least he doesn't doubt what Clay means. Honestly, at this point he's pretty sure the only difference between him and the Allen of Clay's fantasies is that one can spout off space facts more readily]

Also, strangest thing. Apollo seemed quite convinced it was my scar that you found attractive.

Uh...

[Well, he does find every part of Allen attractive, but the scar specifically?]

What made him jump to the scar?

Well, while I think it's cool for a scar, it's not what made me attracted to you.

Ha, I figured. He was just very insistent.

I think he was just trying to compile evidence so everything would make sense to him. He kept grilling me about what I found attractive about you.

That sounds like him. The compiling evidence thing... He's a lawyer through and through.

[He seems a little less nervous now that Allen doesn't seem irritated or disapproving, so he gives a grin and raises his brow.]

So what did you say?

Yeah, it seems so! Well, as long as he's not planning to take me to court over it.

[Because he rather not go to trial okay. That seems bad.]

What did I say? Well, let's see...your smile, your eyes, your looks, your energy, your charm...it was really hard to pick just one.

[geonomy]

[... Ah, well... Clay was kind of just expecting one or two things, but all of those? He blinks, then glances away, and though his paint hides his blush, his expression makes it pretty clear it's still there. Shy, yet pleased.]

Uh... wow. That's... cool.

[Smooth]

[He chuckles. Even if the paint blocks the redness, he knows that expression quite well]

What can I say? You made a strong impression.

I did try to make a good one!

[The song ends after that, and Clay relaxes his stance. But he'll let Allen decide whether to stop or to keep going.]

I was pretty nervous back then... I was so sure I made a bad impression.

Oh don't worry. You made a very good one.

[As the song ends, he glances up at where the music is coming from. Sure enough, there looks to be some people with a few drinks revving up for some karaoke]

Hey...ready to get out of here?

[He wasn't so sure at the time, what with him being nervous and the botched kiss and all. Still, it was good enough for a second date, and many more after that! So in the end, it had to be good.

But now that there's people going to the karaoke machine, Clay glances at them, then back at Allen, his smile widening as he holds one of Allen's hands in his own.]

Ready to blast off!

[He smiles as he squeezes his hand, starting to tug him away from the dance floor and towards the coatroom and door, where Allen has probably smuggled away his stuff and let's face it, a good number of party treats]
