You are cordially invited to Cisco and Winn's Not-Too-Terrifying Halloween Costume Party!

[ on the night of the 28th, the lecture hall will open its gates though it'll look remarkably different. Winn and Cisco would have decorated the corridors leading to it with Jack-o'-lanterns made from the pumpkins gathered at the little patch on the planet. The hall itself will be similarly decorated, along with other traditional scary Halloween decorations made from paper and fabric ( don't ruin the little paper spiders, they took hours to make! ). There will be music from various times of Earth-1 and Earth-3, so don't be surprised to find Lady Gaga playing alongside the Spice Girls! Feel free to make requests or otherwise, just show your skills on the dance floor!

There will be a bar run by Nami offering free sodas, though you'll have to pay for your own alcohol ( remember, don't drink and fly! ). Alongside the bar, characters will find a few tables offering candy from Earth-1 won by Cisco at the game room with a little sign reading TAKE ONE, LEAVE SOME FOR OTHERS and quite a lot of space chips and protein dips as well as various candy from all over the different planets ( cleverly hoarded by Winn! ) and a large selection of pumpkin pies and pumpkin treats. Characters will also find a line leading to Cisco's trusty ice cream machine, though it'll only offer peanut butter flavored sorbet.

At the corner of the hall there will be a karaoke machine with a little sign-up sheet. Characters could sign up solo or in groups and list the song they'd like to sing. Keep in mind though, the entire hall will be able to hear your rendition of Sexy and I Know it!

Adventure-seeking characters will be able to follow signs reading HAUNTED HOUSE and reach a large hall that was turned into a maze by large cardboard blocks painted black or covered by dark fabrics. Making it out of the maze won't be too hard and the maze itself won't be too frightening but will be mildly startling. It'll include some nifty engineered animatronics of witches, scarecrows, scary clowns and skeletons as well as holograms of ghosts! The song featured in the invitation will also be heard here, on repeat. It's a good break from the dancing and for some private conversations and moments.

Remember, costume are mandatory! you don't want to be caught by tonight's pumpkin kings, do you? ]

[Those sharp little teeth would not be going anywhere near Remy's face, Gemini liked it far too much for her to do anything to spoil it. They curl back after a moment as Gemini lent into his touch, surprise sparking on her face at how warm he is.]

('I think I'd have to disagree Remy. You're a terrible liar, however will I punish you?')

[Remy would have to be blind, deaf, and stupid to not pick up those hints, and luckily he was none of those (or at least on a good day for the last one). Taking a long swallow from the drink he had brought over with him, Remy left it sitting on the bar top as his hand glided further up her arm, before sliding off to find a resting place against her back.]

[Gemini's own drink still sat untouched to one side, although she hid that little clue by leaning to obscure it, answering the movement of his arm with a pleased purr.]

[Gemini hoped she might be able to feel the thrill of being swept off her feet by a man who really was stunningly attractive, but her rubber body as always remained as unresponsive as ever.]

[Oh, Remy is very glad he had taken the chance to wander over and chat with Gemini, even if things ended up not heading where he thought they were. She was a certain type of fun that he certainly appreciated; someone else who was typically up to no good. It was a nice change from the typical 'heroes' he had as friends on the Fleet.]

Alors ne gaspillons plus le temps, détesterions la nuit pour devenir trop vieux sur nous. [Taking a step away, Remy waited to see if she would follow along with him or pull back. Or decide to take her own path. If she wanted to lead, then hell, he was happy to head that way too.]

[This fleet had far too many holier-than-thou whiter than white types, so it was a nice change to meet someone a little more dangerous. Not to mention outrageously handsome.]

Ne serait-ce pas un crime? [She moved to follow, her arm slipping flexibly around his own, her expression hungry.]

Je ne suis pas sûr, mais ça ne m'a jamais arrêté avant. [It was said with a certain smirk, one he really hadn't used a lot of late. Again, that was thanks to his friends mostly being on the right side of the law. Hell, just being around her was making him yearn for a need for a fix, a job that would sate his need to steal. It really had been too long.

Slowly weaving a path through the crowd for them, Remy casually headed them out of the hall.]
