[After long and ridiculous and exhaustive hours of game playing on the Marsiva, Nami finally wins enough points for the prize she was aiming for: her own weapon, climatact piece number two. It's an interesting mix of smug triumph and really pissy irritation she feels-- it's hers in the first place, you assholes-- but it's done. She can ditch this place. Maybe call Robin and they can go out and drink and unwind and Robin will just sit there and smile while Nami vents like a spitting cat, because that's happened a bunch of times before.

But she checks the roster first, because the shuffle has just been and gone. She missed it last week, and missed Dean vanishing from the Fleet. Let's not do that again. And...

Welp. She isn't actually all that surprised.]

Does anyone else in this place feel cursed?

[She doesn't bother to say Robin's gone. Hardly anyone knew her, the Caprine crew will already know. At least Robin stayed a lot longer than Luffy did. Hell, she'd even take Mihawk back at this point.

She's on the Iskaulit in one of the less public areas, running through some small tests now she has two out of three pieces. So... don't be too surprised if you turn a corner and find a redhead staring flatly at the world's tiniest raincloud.]

[Oh look, yet another person who's world hopping. She gives him an interested look, but then shakes her head.]

I'm the only one from my world-- my crew here. People I know keep arriving, and they vanish again a few weeks later. And I know that's good, so I should stop being annoyed about it, but... I'm starting to wonder if it's done on purpose or I'm just that unlucky.

But I find distracting oneself with a li'l bit of adventure tends to help. What kinda things do people do for excitement around here?

[Works for her.] Depends on where we are. People are usually so stir crazy by the time we make planetfall that they're all for exploring the great outdoors and taking part in all the local customs.

When we're drifting in space, though? There's not much, but you can always try the Iskaulit. It's got two bars and a gym and a couple gardens, so it's... at least something.

I'm Nami, by the way. I run one of the bars.

If those bars serve chocolate ice cream, I'll be there.

The Space Bar. Imaginative name, I know. [She grins.]

No chocolate ice cream yet. Space is kind of lacking in decent taste. But if we ever get any, I'll let you know.

Ha. I've noticed that food is one of the things space could do waaaaay better. I'll keep my fingers crossed for us swinging by an ice cream planet, though.

You'll need to take a shuttle to the Marsiva, but they've got a whole open restaurant there right now. Full of food we don't usually get to see.

[points at the camera and gives it a wink]

I'm a pilot, so taking a shuttle out isn't that difficult. Turns out I'm pretty good at this flying a small space craft thing.

Same here, actually! Though I gotta say the whole flying a ship thing was a pretty new concept when I arrived. I come from a far more, uh... old-fashioned age.

Old-fashioned? Don't tell me you've never heard of televisions or cell phones before coming here, too.

Neither. Though I've had both explained to me now, but they don't really exist in that form in our world. I'm a pirate.
