[ he's not a very good mechanic right now. small patches of fire springs up; he stomps on one and puts it out with a shirt he got from some donation or another then another shows up and he stomps on that too, cursing. ]

[ he doesn't mind the laughter, figures it's chloe. it's lazy assumption but his head's ringing a bit and his wires are singed - actually, he feels a bit singed. ]

More helping, less laughing!

[Definitely not Chloe. While Anakin's distracted putting out the fire the section of bulkhead that Gemini's masquerading as bulges and pushes outward, rapidly forming into Gemini's human form, complete with her usual jumpsuit.

She doesn't like fire very much, so in response to Anakin's request all he gets is a lazy shrug and a smirk.]

It's your ship and your mess, you clean it up!

[ he took a moment and stares at the intruder.

no, definitely not chloe. though he can imagine chloe saying something similar. ]

Great. Very helpful. This is my ship, so if you're going to stand there and do nothing, I'd appreciate it if you left.

[ he turns back to the mess in front of him. with a towel, he continues to pat the engine fire out, cursing under his breath ]

Would you? [She pouts as if offended, although the moment his back is turned it's immediately replaced by a darkly amused look.]

I think I'd much prefer to stay and watch.

[She wanders over to a box and sits herself on top of it, crossing her legs leisurely and watching Anakin fight the fire with an air of mild interest.]

[ he rolls his eyes and grumbles something about trouble and annoying. the fire is contained but the machinery he was working on fizzes and smokes, a smell of ozone is in the area.

anakin finishes putting the fire out and his frustration with his lost of mechanical skills and her melts into one ]
