[It's been a month of loss for the Windrose. We've lost Ordis, Tenno, and now our captain The Vision. We could probably use some visitors and ship togetherness.]

I have no plans of switching ships. [Even if it would make sense sometimes. She's a little nomadic now with the way she and Winn always spend their nights together but neither gives up their ship so they are always in one place or the other at least to sleep.] Hopefully they have no plans of making me disappear.

Y'all are what my coven should have been, you and Makie and Wrath.

[That gets a smile from her.] Fresh out of magic, but I have a feeling coven is to you what team is to me. [Family.]

[She nods.] We can't be alone in this world, none of us.

No. I've tried alone. I'm not very good at it. Don't really want to try again.

Besides, if we go, who's gonna take care of Castle?

[She's teasing a little. He's a grown man who can take care of himself, of course, but he also doesn't have the abilities the women or Kurt have.]

That's the best point of all. [She even laughs slightly.]

I feel bad that I'm not around more. [Something she's never actually said to anyone even though it's been a thing for awhile.] Neither Winn or I want to give up our ships.

Aww, no. Don't feel bad. We all got our own things, you know?

There is that. Impressive how busy we can be with so little to do here. I still have no idea what Wrath does on her work shifts.

Not sure I want to know the answer to that one.

[Misty chuckles.]

You know, I'd almost feel a little sorry for anyone who tries to mess with this ship.

Sure. I mean, we don't really know if that guy ended up in a sandwich bag or if he was swept away with the rest. Of course our crewmates from his world left too.

[Misty frowns.]

He better not do anything to Ordis.

I'm sure Tenno is looking out for him.

[She nods.]

I know. But still... I'm worry about him. Guess it's harder to hurt a whole ship than one person though.

[She just nods, not really thinking about which would be easier to hurt because that's a path she might get a little nerdy about and no one needs that.] You and Ordis got pretty close?

[mistyday]

Yeah. Which is pretty funny, when you think about how much we fought in the beginning.

He did seem to have some trouble fitting in immediately. [She can certainly sympathize with that.] I liked that about him.

[She laughs softly.]

Yeah, I guess we're all a little like that on this ship.

The misfit ship? It sounds right.

Like that old Christmas movie. You know the Rudolph one? Where they go to the island of misfit toys?

With the elf dentist? I know it. [She smiles a little. It's kind of nice when something from her world overlaps another and it isn't something like genocide.] Christmas is very pervasive. [Said because she's Jewish and she still knows this movie.]

Yeah, that's the one! He's nothing like the elves we got here, that's for sure.
