[His cloak is missing, that's the first thing he notices. And it annoys him, that was a good cloak, very comfortable, very warm. The next thing he remember is that he had just killed the Guardian, which makes him roll onto the floor in a panic (knocking the communicator down and on) and try to find a mirror to double check his eyes.

Once he's reassured that there's no green glow lingering, he heaves a sigh of relief. And turns his focus to the communicator. Which... he knows how it works? And picks it up.]

I can't be here. I have things to do, people depending on me! [Kind of.] There's a war and-

I need to get back to my friends! They need me!

[He wanders because of course he does. Khadgar has found himself in a strange place, subject to the whims of whoever or whatever was responsible for his and everyone else being there. He wanted to know whatever he can, carefully keeping a couple spells at the edge of his thoughts in case someone tries to attack him.

Eventually he stops to take in the view of the stars, somehow looking much younger than he really is as he looks out. And suddenly feeling very small.]

Of course you did. Some part of you obviously didn't want to face life in your world any more and that thought brought you here.

If I didn't want to face it, I wouldn't have dived headfirst into the war. It would have been easy for me to keep myself uninvolved.

[The camera flicks off for a moment and when it comes back on there's a face snarling at Khadgar.]

[He actually throws himself back in a panic but not the reason she'll assume.]

[Huh he doesn't seem to recognise the face, it's the only Orc she knows but oh well. He gets a horrific hiss with rotted teeth before the camera blinks off, and back on again to reveal Gemini looking puzzled.]

[He may not know much about technology, he's no gnome, but he isn't dumb.]
