Cat's got to be one of the coolest things I ever purred! What were the people like there?

Ehhh, for the most part, the citizens were really pawsitive and nice! Hayate was allergic to them, but he's allergic to anything that's a cat...

But... we were trying to figure out what was causing the Var, which was this thing that really hurt a lot of people. We had to go undercover or else we wouldn't have been able to do anything! It was an enemy controlled planet. We figured it out, in the end, and how they were spreading it... so we could start doing something about it.

[ Oh … so it was like that, huh? Aoko listens quietly, mirth simmering away in the face of something that was clearly important. ]

It sounds like Freyja was caught up in a complicated situation. But, I'm really glad you were able to help those people! Is that something you and your friends do a lot?

[She holds both of her hands up to do this.]

Walküre performs anti-Var concerts. The only way to fix it is to sing, and recordings don't work. So even if we're not always undercover, we still gotta go out and perform. Sometimes it's really dangerous, but if we don't do anything they're gonna be left hurting and trying to hurt other people and I don't think any of them wanna do that.

Walküre? Anti-Var? [ Aoko's more than used to hearing about things she has absolutely no frame of reference for, so there's more curiosity than confusion in her expression. ]

Ahh... Walküre is an idol group! We're called a tactical sound unit too, but—the only thing that helps people when they have the Var are our songs, so we gotta visit places that have outbreaks and help everyone that lives there.
