I'm locking the order consoles to the Captain and myself, in the case that a raving lunatic is assigned to the ship and tries ordering dangerous chemicals.

I can't think of any dangerous chemicals I'm in need of. Depending on how you define dangerous. But if it works anything likes the comm station I don't think anyone without a lab augment would be able to do anything with those consoles in the first place.

I'm ordering the basic antiseptics and antibiotics, the full gamut of painkillers and other medical necessities available for order so we'll have stock on hand. If we need something other than that, we won't get it immediately anyway so it can be ordered through me or the Captain.

I'm more surprised that anyone would think the consoles would be open. With no control over who's assigned and no way to run a background check? [clicks his tongue] Good thing I'm not a pyro. Though I suppose that would make for better ratings.

So far, everyone around here seems like good people, and if anyone wanted to cause trouble, the medical supplies seem like the least likely place to go when we have guns.

You can order chemicals at the lab station that are highly volatile. Considering a preteen can make napalm with their allowance and ten minutes in a hardware store, I've elected not to take any chances.

But you seem upset. [just an observation] Feel free to take it up with the Captain. She can override anything I do at her discretion.
