Welcome to my one-year anniversary. [Pause as she realizes maybe she should clarify that. Not a relationship thing.] Of being with the Fleet. Feels like it should come with a badge of some kind. Who hands those out? We're in a special club now, right? Secret handshake? Extra meal portions?

Anyway, I figured it was maybe time to try something different. So... Raise your hand if you'd be interested in attending a dance class if I taught one. And by raise your hand I mean call me back. I don't have surveillance set up in all the rooms yet. [She's kidding. She's probably kidding.] If anyone is in I'll set up a room for it on the Iskaulit. [Or maybe find the secret studio the previous Natasha had.]

[Kitty is poking around some of the empty spaces on the Iskaulit, but she might pop into some of the more established establishments too while she's there.]

[A soft snort and a giggle from Wanda.]

I can teach you the secret handshake later. And if you start getting extra meal portions, let me know. I may have to have words with whoever is in charge.

[Okay, enough of the sarcasm. Her tone softens, and her smile becomes more genuine.]

"Congratulations" sounds rather odd to say. As it feels like I'm congratulating you on staying a prisoner of this place for a full year... and this may sound somewhat selfish of me, but I am glad you are still here.

[Wanda snorts and giggles a little. Kitty, ever cheerful. It made Wanda glad to see that Kitty had taken her sentiment as she had meant it. Their circumstances notwithstanding, Wanda was glad to have a friend like Kitty here with her.]

So what should we do to mark this occasion?

Uhhh, you could come over to the Tourist and we could have waffles. [The batter is something of a space fail until they can stock up on better ingredients but it looks like a darker version of a waffle which is half the appeal.] Is it weird I'm inviting you to a ship that isn't mine? That's where the waffle maker is though.

[Now that Wanda's visited the Tourist herself for the first time in a long while and enjoyed a movie with Winn, she's not at all thrown by Kitty's suggestion of joining her there. She smiles her wry smile and shrugs her shoulders.]

Well, if that's where the waffle maker is, then we really don't have any choice in the matter. Do we?

Not at all. Just don't expect another t-shirt.

[Wanda snorts at that, adding a little follow-up chuckle.]

One is more than enough. A gift that keeps on giving.

You realize it you have to be wearing it every time you see Winn now, right? [Teasing.]

[There's a certain look of fear that flashes across Wanda's expression. She- Kitty was kidding, right? Wanda tries to smile it off like the idea of having to wear that shirt so much didn't terrify her.]

Ah heh, he did seem rather proud of the design...

[She laughs.] I'm kidding. I think if you did that he'd just make new ones for you so you'd have more to enjoy.

[It's hard not to hide the relief that washes over her. She lets out a soft chuckle.]

As much as I appreciate his generosity, one shirt is more than enough.

He rotates his generosity so it's definitely not always in t-shirt form. [She smiles fondly. She loves him so much.]

[She gives Kitty a knowing look with a wry smile returning to her lips.]

Oh? What sort of other forms of generosity should I be worried about? Expecting, I mean.

[She crosses her arms in fake frustration, but the smile never leaves her mouth.]

Well, it's specialized. He might build you something you need or oh...I got it. Super suit.

[Another look of momentary shock flashes over Wanda's face. At the mention of a "super suit," she immediately, involuntarily pictures Steve in his Captain America regalia. Picturing herself in something similar, well... yeah, that didn't quite compute.]

He... can do that? He knows how to make a "super suit?"

He made me one. And Kate. Actually, he kind of made me two if you count the Captain America uniform I wore for Halloween.

[Wanda squints at Kitty for a moment, trying to remember the Halloween uniform she's referring to. Had that been during part of the time she was under? It was hard to keep track. She cannot recall.]

He is... open to "suggestions" right?

[i.e. no star-spangled anything for Wanda, please.]

Oh, of course. I doubt he'd do something with no input. As long as you mean using your words. [And not mental suggestions.]

[Wanda quirks an eyebrow for a moment, attempting to discern Kitty's meaning. But then it registers, and she shakes her head with a dismissive grin.]

Would not dream of anything so ulterior.

[Although... now that Kitty has put that idea into her head... well, she'll consider that a last resort -- only if it looks like she's going to also be sporting the stars and bars.]

Figuring the other three threads can be done where they are.

[Wanda tilts her head, and her eyes narrow a little in a look of slightly annoyed confusion.]

[Up to this point, she still has yet to have heard of her other selves' moniker, "The Scarlet Witch."]

Because he usually plays off the codename? I had a little cat for Shadowcat and Hawkeye got a hawk, so just guessing what he'd do for the Scarlet Witch.
