Who: Allen Walker
Broadcast: Text
Action: Iskaulit Gym
When: 2/6, late at night
[Well Allen's sure in a piss-poor mood tonight, if his late night texts have anything to say about it. Usually he's good at not letting departures get too under his skin. But losing a friend and someone from home in one go? Is a bit much.]
Kanda's gone. I'm sorry if you met him.
[Does that mean he's sorry that Kanda's gone from your life, or just a general apology for ever meeting the guy in the first place? Who knows.]
Also sorry to ask, but does anyone have anything that'd work on fixing tears on a punching bag?
[.......He a little got mad ok.]

Space-grade duct tape? That might work for a quick fix. [Whatever "space-grade" means]
...Thanks. [a pause] I'm sorry about Lailah. I saw she left too.
voice
Ah...thanks. I can't say I'm glad, but a spaceship is no place for a seraph. So I'm happy for her.
voice
Of course. And I'm sure you'll see her again soon.
voice - private
...Allen, could I ask you a favor? A future favor.
voice - private
Of course. What is it?

voice - private
This is just...a hypothetical though, right?

[Since hey sometimes when people make requests like that, they're about to go do something crazy reckless]
I'd do what I could to look out for them, even if I'm not as pure as you.
voice - private
I know I don't have to thank you, but thanks for the reassurance.
voice - private
It's fine. I know I'd have the same worries in your situation.
Re: voice - private
What is it? Are you worried about corruption? Seraphim are usually very pure by nature, you don't have to be concerned.

[...
There's a pause, as he debates whether or not he should tell Sorey. Sure, it's sealed. Sure, it probably won't caused problems. But there's always a chance some glitch or a spell could set it off. And without Kanda here anymore to handle things...
Don't lie if it'd put others at risk.]
I'm .... worried about it being the other way around. I...
[Why is this always so hard]
Remember how I told you about dark matter? And the people who have the sort of thing within them?
...The reason I know so much isn't just because I'm an Exorcist.
voice - private
There isn't anything that can purify it?
voice - private
...No. It's too deeply embedded.
I currently have a magical seal on it, a strong one. So long as that holds, there shouldn't be anything to worry about.

voice - private
Essentially? It'd need a psychic who could go into minds, knows it exists and exactly where it's hidden, and is familiar enough with magical seals to know how to break one. [thoughtfully] I suppose a power neutralization ability could do it, but it'd also neutralize what the seal is sealing in the first place, so... [Not much point there.]
Robin was...a character, but he did a good job. He spent months designing the seal. [Also helped that he was a god but Allen never found that out.]

I'm not surprised. Even without the seal, Noahs are good at hiding their presence. [Which is hell if you're facing one, but...well, it sure makes it easier to avoid the overzealous demon hunter types, that's for sure]
voice - private
voice - private
...Yes and no.
Dark Matter itself isn't sentient. It's just an energy source.
But....Noahs, whose powers are tied to dark matter, are. They're a type of being...creature, demon - I don't know what the correct term is honestly. [No one really studies Noahs and live to tell about it, to Allen's knowledge] They're from my world, and they're very dangerous.
Anyway, Noahs have a special ability that if they're ever killed, they can resurrect themselves by having their "memories" planted in a human host. Over time, the "memories" erode at the host and the Noah eventually takes over their body.
The seal's meant to prevent that.
voice - private
I see... It makes sense that the only thing you can do is seal it. I'm glad you found someone who could.
Is there anything you'd like me to keep in mind, or look out for?
voice - private
[Ironic, considering the situation he's in would probably be anything but lucky. But he knows that back home he'd probably have no more than a few months left to live. So getting nine extra years? Was a complete blessing.]
...Strange behaviour. If I seem very ... off, that's a good indication. There might be malevolence, I'm not sure.
If that happens, please try to get away as fast as possible. Don't try to engage if you can avoid it. Once you're safe, please contact Crowley on the Pathstone.
voice - private
Crowley, got it. He can reaffix the seal?
voice - private
No.
But he'll know what to do. I've known him for a long time.
