Yeah. He was pretty upset when I talked to him the other day.

[he still messes with hiro, but hiro notices when there's a distance between what tadashi is doing and what he's thinking sometimes. if there ever was in their past, back home, hiro had never been able to tell.]

I mean... I don't expect things to ever be... the same. Even if he got back to 100%, I'm different than I was before. But... I want him to be okay. I want to make the best of this chance.

I'm sure that's what he wants, too. But it's a lot to process. Normally, something like this shouldn't be possible at all.

But, you know, he still has to be your older brother. It's probably tough for him to talk about it and still feel like he has that place, you know?

[he couldn't know for sure if that was the case, but now that he does, he kind of... nods, and takes a deep breath, sighing it out.]

[he's just gonna lean on her for a few here. he's been... sleeping kind of shittily. less shittily the night tadashi decided to DEADWEIGHT ON TOP OF HIM, but he's kind of been working himself half to death the last few days.]

I know, it's still hard, even if you know eventually things will straighten out.

[He doesn't say anything to that, just kind of swallowing... hard... He might feel like crying. This has been very emotionally draining and he's held it together shockingly well, since he only really cried twice.]
