lonely repear rudely woken up by gravity
Who: Eizen & You!
Broadcast: Fleetwide video.
Action: Aboard the Marsiva.
When: Right now boi.
[ There is very little worse than waking in an unfamiliar place, disorientated, confused, and incredibly disgruntled. Still that he can't remember ever going to sleep, he doesn't need sleep so why did he... Eizen shifts groggily attempting to get out of the bed he found himself in - only to come crashing down on the cold hard floor.
With his elbow landing on the device the feed flicks on just in time to see and hear the blond hair man curse loudly, sharp jarring pain shooting up his arm. Growling he pushes himself up to sit leaning against the side of the bed, hand reaching up to holding his still swimming head. ]
Where the hell...? Zaveid?
[ He can remember that the idiot had been with him, that they spent the evening drinking and talking as the world continued on around them unaware. ]
If this is some kind of joke I'm not laughing.

( ooc: !!!PLEASE NOTE!!! Eizen will not show up over the network, however you'll still be able to hear his voice!! Please enjoy the riveiting imagery of the Marsiva's walls and maybe part of a bed. Also please make sure to head over here and fill out this for me as well! Thanks friends! )

But she'll just focus on the question he asks.]
Yeah. I found pudding.
[Her tone is flat and unimpressed. It's not a very helpful discovery, though, she realizes.]
And this thing I'm talking to you with.
no subject
Pudding?
[ Velvet, does he look like a man who cares about pudding? Spoilers: no, he is not a man who cares about pudding. With a heavy sigh he pushes himself up, collecting the communicator from the floor as he stands. ]
So you're as clueless as I am.
no subject
She sighs.]
Yeah, it seems that way.
no subject
[ Well, he is going to try and find some way off this ship or someone to punch. ]
no subject
Yeah. Let me know if you find anything.
Zaveid is here...somewhere, I guess. He said he'd stop by and tell me what's going on.
no subject
So Zaveid is around. [ He heard from a couple others that he was here somewhere, so it doesn't really surprise him. What does, however, is how he hasn't approached Eizen like he clearly done Velvet. ] Pass whatever he tells you onto me, I'll see what I can find out on my end.
[ Tell him I know he's here, dances on the edge of his tongue but is swallowed down at the last moment. ]
no subject
[Unless she chases him a way with insults first.]
no subject
[ There is silence for a moment before Eizen speaks again, his brow furrowing as thoughts start to twist and turn. ]
Velvet, there's something I need to ask you.
no subject
Yeah? What is it?
no subject
[ Already things have been said to make him question the timeline, his timeline. People from the future, their world's future. It has him wondering how much she remembers, how much she knows. ]
no subject
We were on our way to the Empyrean's Throne.
no subject
I see.
[ So she doesn't remember the final battle, doesn't remember taking her revenge with her own two hands. ]
no subject
Something wrong?
no subject
[ He answers quick and exhales as he does, tempted to keep their differences to himself. He doesn't know what will happen if he tells her, but it'd be better not to hide things, wouldn't it? ]
We're at different places. [ A beat. ] I remember the battle and how it ended.
[ And all that came after. ]
no subject
Did something happen to my memory?
[She kind of mumbles this to herself. She doesn't know how long she was out for. It's not impossible that it could have messed with her memory. But she didn't really expect to survive the last battle. And Eizen said something about different places.]
Are you saying you're from the future?
no subject
[ From what he understands at least, there shouldn't be anything wrong with her memory. You can't remember things that she hasn't lived through. ]
Aye, that's what I am saying.
no subject
The longer I'm here the less sense this makes.
no subject
I know.
no subject
I just want to know who I have to eat to get out of here.
no subject
Who knows. I'll let you know if I find anyone important.
[ He brushes a thumb across the surface of his coin, feeling the etching of the Demon Lord against the leather of his gloves. ]
By the way, do you want to know how it turned out? Our final battle.
[ If she asks he'll answer, if she doesn't... Well that's her choice. ]
no subject
[She starts to respond, but pauses. She'd be lying if she said she didn't. On the other hand is it really a good idea? Would knowing change anything? She's not entirely sure.]
Just...tell me, did we succeed?
[She doesn't want the details. At least not right now. But she's not a patient enough person to pass on the knowledge altogether.]
no subject
Aye, we succeeded.
[ They won. They tore Artorius from his seat on high down to the ground below, the world lost it's Shepherd. ]
no subject
Right. All right. Good.
no subject
Let me know what Zaveid tells you.
no subject
What's wrong with him?
