You are rather... youthful in appearance. [Like, almost alarmingly so. Maybe it'll take a few more years...]

I'm aware.

It's a long story, but essentially when I was about 16 I got stuck at a place for some years that was...full of magic. And while my mind aged normally, for whatever reason, the magic of the place stopped me from physically aging.

It was nothing short of a pain.

Maker's breath. [He mutters, almost to himself.] Unfortunate and strange, but I suppose there are worse things that magic can do than eternal youth.

I'm hoping it isn't eternal...

[He wrings his hands some, it's definitely a concern for him. The fact he hasn't grown so much as an inch in six months hasn't escaped his notice. He should be growing, shouldn't he? He wasn't at the castle anymore]

But you're right. It could be worse. Irritating as it is, it's livable. Just not something I can explain to the natives on these planets.

A youthful appearance could work to your benefit, and it does seem you've figured out how to work around it in this instance.

[And the people brought in like them would probably accept the castle story if they accept their own predicament.]
