Action, throughout the week

After the initial shock of his situation, Keith had decided to wander the ship. Or, at least, as much of it as he had access to. Not that he wasn't going to look for other areas that weren't obvious, or that he could try to get into, but he quickly discovered after a while that he was limited to certain areas.

He could be found wearing odd looking armor that could also pass for a space suit and carrying a matching helmet tucked under his arm. He wasn't about to leave the helmet unattended for now, even if the communications system in it didn't work (not that he hadn't tried), but he did put it down once in a while when he stopped in various places to sit or eat or whatever else he might take a break to do.

He often could be found watching the stars, checking the computer terminals for information, or going through the food options.

Uh, hi. I'm Keith. Paladin of Voltron. [He looked awkward, like he didn't know what to do.] I've never done something like this before, so yeah. I'm new.

Are we really all on some reality TV show? Those still exist?

Not everyone of a race looks exactly the same. Humans don't.

No. That's not what I mean.

If I look at a Balmeran, I know I'm looking at a Balmeran, even if that Balmeran doesn't look identical to the one standing next to them. But, if I look at a Balmeran next to an Arusian, I can tell the difference.

I'm just saying we haven't met any races, yet, that look exactly like other races. You know, on the major characteristics side. The closest to human I've seen so far are the Alteans. But even they're different with certain skin markings and different shape ears. Coran and Allura don't look exactly the same as each other, but they're both visibly Altean as compared to humans.

Well, I guess that's something, even if it isn't really visible.

I guess I was just making an observation.

Do uh... different species like have families and stuff back home for you, too? Or is that not something that can happen?

Families? [He knows what it means. He's just surprised by the question.] Yes. Is that strange for other people you've met that weren't from Earth?

Well, more like... interspecies. Like, if a Daxamite, that's what you said, right? wanted to have a family with a human. Is that a thing?

[Yes, this was an oddly specific question. Keith had some stuff on his mind.]

Oh, well, I don't know if that's been tried or not. I'm dating a Kryptonian and we're not ready for that. But the sex works so maybe?

[Whoops... Keith wasn't sure he wanted to know that much. Though, really, where else would this go, right? He'd brought it on himself. He flinched a bit, then grimaced.]

Uh... right. That's a thing, I guess. It probably would have to in order for... Yeah.

Uh- I guess. Though, not really about the actual sex itself. It was more just wondering about different species having kids together as in how compatible that could be.

[Though, clearly that was a thing that could happen back home. Otherwise, Keith wouldn't exist, would he? But he still trying to figure out how an alien had managed to integrate enough into human society to go unnoticed and even have a family.

He pushed that thought aside for the moment.]

Well, the sex is how kids happen at least with most species I know. [So, yeah, you kind of did.]
