[aizawa's got the 7AM homeroom lecture voice on lock] All right, I've included everybody who expressed interest in teaching at this proposed school on Uraraka Ochako's vlog post...or whatever she's calling it.

Please feel free to discuss and ask questions of each other here, I am by no means in charge of literally anything. [that was ochako's fault, the little shit.] I thought it might be a good idea to organize so this isn't a shitshow. [and so the kids aren't expected to do everything.]

There're some questions down below that I think we could stand to answer so we can get a good idea of each other's experience and areas of expertise, as well as get to know each other as people. While this obviously isn't going to be a conventional school setup, I don't think we should avoid taking this at least a little seriously; some volunteer students will undoubtedly be attending in an effort to regain a sense of normalcy. Think of it as lowkey counseling services.

3. Subjects to teach: I'm mostly interested in serving as a medic. School nurse, I guess you'd call it.
3a. Level of mastery: High, I suppose, at least when it comes to human beings. I've got medical school plus two years managing a large department of medics plus 2 years in the Drift Fleet under my belt.
3b. Relevance to life on the fleet: Again, I've been on the Fleet 2 years, so I know this place pretty well.
4. Prior Teaching Experience: I've taught first aid lessons to people willing to learn.
5. Comfort level when dealing with children: High. I don't have a lot of experience with kids specifically, but I'm very comfortable around them.
6. Anything I'm forgetting: I have a list of people with medical skills, so in case there's anything I can't handle, we can quickly look up someone who can.

Much appreciated. During combat courses it'd be helpful if a medic could be physically there so we don't have to worry about transit time.

First aid courses might be helpful too.

Good call. The closer a medic is, the better, especially if superpowers are going to be involved.

I'd be happy do to that. I've been teaching people on an on-request basis for a while, but formally scheduled training might be better.

I don't imagine it would have to be very often, and you could operate those apart from this little venture if it better suits your purposes.

Yeah, that's true. I'd also make sure the school was stocked with first aid kits, at the very least. We have the surgery center on the Iskaulit for more serious injuries, too.
