[aizawa's got the 7AM homeroom lecture voice on lock] All right, I've included everybody who expressed interest in teaching at this proposed school on Uraraka Ochako's vlog post...or whatever she's calling it.
Please feel free to discuss and ask questions of each other here, I am by no means in charge of literally anything. [that was ochako's fault, the little shit.] I thought it might be a good idea to organize so this isn't a shitshow. [and so the kids aren't expected to do everything.]
There're some questions down below that I think we could stand to answer so we can get a good idea of each other's experience and areas of expertise, as well as get to know each other as people. While this obviously isn't going to be a conventional school setup, I don't think we should avoid taking this at least a little seriously; some volunteer students will undoubtedly be attending in an effort to regain a sense of normalcy. Think of it as lowkey counseling services.
...that's all from me.

2. Age: 26, Human
3. Subjects to teach: Biology, Chemistry (Biochemistry if necessary), American History, Arabic Language or Literature, Comparative Religions
3a. Level of mastery: Halfway through earning an MD; I hold a B.S. in Ecology and Evolutionary Biology
3b. Relevance to life on the fleet: I know American History from the 1850's - 2010's; Arabic was my mother language and I lead prayers in the Interfaith Center on a regular basis; and it never hurts to know Biology or Chemistry if students hold a lab support augment.
4. Prior Teaching Experience: Tutoring, mostly. I was a peer tutor back in undergrad, and I've been tutoring my thirteen year old crewmate for the past month.
5. Comfort level when dealing with children: Middle schoolers and high schoolers.
6. Anything I'm forgetting: Have we figured out where we're going to teach them? Winn and Cisco have a lecture hall on the Iskaulit, but it's geared more towards informal learning.
[And frankly, lecture-based learning. That might not be so great with the younger ones.]

2. Age: 21
3. Subjects to teach: Engineering, Smithing, Hunting (tracking, killing, skinning, preparing meat, all that good stuff)
3a. Level of mastery: Good enough to build weapons that helped win a war I guess. Mastering on that last one
3b. Relevance to life on the fleet: You never know when you need to build a thing. And hunting is pretty darn important if you want a good meat-diet on a planet.
4. Prior Teaching Experience: Helped teach others to build things for the war effort on those first ones. Trained the kids in my tribe for the last.
5. Comfort level when dealing with children: ANY age. I've trained people from 4-adulthood.
6. Anything I'm forgetting: How about adults? I mean sure kids want to learn, school is great, but if something comes up that adults want to learn too, would we have more advanced classes for them? Better everyone and all that.

Hunting might not be a bad idea, all things considered. What about a survival class?

2. Age: 31. I'm an ordinary human being.
3. Subjects to teach: I'm mostly interested in serving as a medic. School nurse, I guess you'd call it.
3a. Level of mastery: High, I suppose, at least when it comes to human beings. I've got medical school plus two years managing a large department of medics plus 2 years in the Drift Fleet under my belt.
3b. Relevance to life on the fleet: Again, I've been on the Fleet 2 years, so I know this place pretty well.
4. Prior Teaching Experience: I've taught first aid lessons to people willing to learn.
5. Comfort level when dealing with children: High. I don't have a lot of experience with kids specifically, but I'm very comfortable around them.
6. Anything I'm forgetting: I have a list of people with medical skills, so in case there's anything I can't handle, we can quickly look up someone who can.
voice;
First aid courses might be helpful too.
