[He looks... really unsettled, like he just watched something awful happen and doesn't even know how to process it. In fact that's pretty much exactly what happened: he awoke with a start from a dream he's sure wasn't a dream--he remembers it like it happened, like memories... but it's been hours, not the year-plus he experienced in that dream. He's still trying to wrap his head around everything, and that's when it hits him: he died. And Roxas is gone. Not just gone from the fleet, he already knew that part, and it suddenly hurts a thousandfold more than it did before, because Roxas had been here and now he's not, and now Axel knows he's gone for good. Suddenly he feels like he wasted an opportunity, and he has no excuse other than ignorance.

[He rubs his arms--it's strangely cold in here, it seems--and regards the feed on his communicator. He just needs to get his mind off this.]

So, Fleet, I'm curious: is there ice cream wherever you come from? What's your favorite flavor? Gimme your best ice cream story, I'm bored.

Hmm, maybe? I could see jasmine being a flavor too, since it's a tea. Rose is the only one I've tried!

Don't think I've ever had jasmine tea. I think I like coffee better than tea, but I'll try most anything once.

Mine does, but -- from what I've heard you've got a pretty unruly crew to begin with. [ Fenris B| ] One of yours just transferred over to me last Shuffle, actually.

Unruly, that's a good word for it. Ah, yeah, Tsuna, right? He seems like a good kid. Might be better for him to be on a less... unruly ship. [He kind of grimaces. Fenris. B| ] I'm thinking I might see about getting some upgrades done on my ship, maybe it'll... I dunno, change things up a little.

Mm-hmm. We've known each other for years so I think he would have been more comfortable with me anyways, but I guess it works out either way. What kind of upgrades are you looking at?

I'm not sure yet; I hadn't really thought about it 'til somebody mentioned all the cool stuff they had on their ship. Some better sleeping quarters would be nice, for sure, though. And bigger showers.

Sort of, yeah.

Tell me about it. I have someone on increasing the hot water limit, too.

That'd be nice. I dunno how anybody with long hair actually has time to wash it without freezing their butt off.

We don't. [ She lifts up her ponytail to show him how long her hair is ... ]

I'm sure if you can get him the parts he'd fix it on your ship, too.

Oof, that's a lot of hair, I can see why the upgrade is such a necessity.
