[Sora spent a grand total of five minutes exploring the planet's wild before he came across a group of bats and decided you know what? It's better to stay on the ship!!!! Sure he probably goes out into the city areas sometimes, but otherwise? He's staying on the ship unless someone goes with him.
So, he's easy to find in the cargo bay, playing fetch with his Shinx. Which yeah, most of the time? He looks crazy bored. ]

[The newest pilot could be found checking out the shuttles today. He'd already been at the bridge station enough to have figured out exactly what knowledge of it the augment had given him, and how much he was going to need to figure out through experience. Thankfully, he had a background in it already, so it wouldn't be hard to apply his normal knowledge to the situation.
The shuttles, he found, weren't all that different, and he was poking around in one on simulation mode for now just to get a feel for its handling. The ship and shuttles definitely weren't anything like the Red Lion, but maybe more along the lines of the Garrison craft. So, it wasn't bad. It wasn't great, either, but it wasn't bad.
Then again, because of how a Paladin and Lion bonded with each other, Keith was pretty sure any craft would feel inferior to piloting the Red Lion. There was just something about that bond and the way they almost melded to work practically as one that couldn't be matched by a non-sentient craft.]

[There's been a whole lot of drama and crying and whatnot on the invisible side of the crew, taking priority for a while, but once that's sorted Mikleo's getting back to the groove of examining the ship and any changes he might have missed during his long sleep, as any good captain should. That includes, but isn't limited to, meeting the new crew members and checking on the equipment. Turns out he can get two birds with one stone when he reaches the shuttle bay and finds an unfamiliar face.
Mikleo watches him for a bit, nosy and cautious, but the stranger doesn't feel malevolent and he looks normal enough. Before too long he calls out to check the man's resonance.]

[Surprise ghost visit, kiddo!! More specifically, Mikleo's doing a proper once-over of the ship since hey, he's been out for weeks. He'd like to make sure the ship isn't falling apart more than it already was.]

[At some point during his practicing, Keith's managed to acquire himself a spectator. Or rather, a spy really. Sora's really not sure what to make of this new pilot - heck, he's kinda annoyed that there's a new pilot at all when he was so close to getting it himself. So he's rather wary of this guy, at least, as wary as Sora can actually be (which is not much).
So today, he's decided to see just how good this pilot actually is, by spying on his practice. And so there he sits, crouched down behind one of the shuttle chairs as he occasionally peers over when he thinks it's safe to look.

[Yeah, he has his practical streak. Though let's face it, he probably would've thrown a fit if the guy hadn't been an experienced pilot.]

Geez... I'll mention it to him later. He might have forgotten, or been distracted- Sorey is a pro at memorizing ancient tomes and romance novels, but he'll forget that he needs to eat daily.
Since we've got a pilot on hand now, though, why not ask him if he can help you? And as it takes multiple upgrades, you can go ahead and request the switch, if you want.
[Maybe his reunion with Sorey or their victories back home has made him nicer, who even knows.]

I said I'd consider it if you practiced. It's pretty clear that you took my recommendation to heart.

[Keith had stepped out of the shuttle just as he heard the voice. He glanced up, about to answer whoever had called to him, but then froze.
There was no one there.

[It was weird. At one point, Keith had been oddly certain that someone had entered the shuttle during his practice, but then no one said anything. He'd heard weird thing about the Huntress having ghosts or invisible people, but so far hadn't really had an incident that he could describe as such. This might be one of those times.
He figured it was likely invisible people. Lance would have thought ghosts.

[Well, well. That's a surprise. He steps experimentally first left, then right, with no effect. Interesting. Like many others in the fleet, he's halfway there.
