[After Eleanor arrives, it takes her a few days to 'adjust.' She had plenty of experience travelling, sure, but all of that was aboard a pirate ship. This is space, and there are so many questions she has.]

[Once she feels comfortable, she decides to use the communication device to reach out. At the very least, touching base with everyone here couldn't hurt.]

Good evening, everyone.

I'm Eleanor Hume. I was recently transported here to be a part of this 'show.' I can't say that I'm happy about this, but I'm going to try to make the most of it.

I look forward to meeting all of you. If there's anything you need, please let me know.

[Eleanor is spending most of the week getting used to life on board the Wonderduck. Most of her time is spent between the armory and the bridge of the ship, but she's making occasional visits to the kitchen, too.]

[ He chuckles at her suspicion. ]

It's good to hear from you. How long have you been here?

[Eleanor is still a little leery about the lack of video on the feed, but she'll manage.]

[ Well, it isn't his fault that cameras seem to be allergic to his kind. Through in truth he is already half considering hunting her down. ]

A month, more or less. [ He shrugs regardless of the fact she can't see him. ] I arrived about the same time that Velvet did.

[ Speaking of─ ]

You're aboard one of the ships, aren't you?

[humene]

[A month isn't awful, it's probably been that long since she's talked to Eizen back home, but it does raise questions about the way time works here. Questions that she's going to shelve at the time being, as there are more important things to deal with.]

Yes. I believe it's called the Wonderduck.

[rockily]

Stay where you are, I'm coming to you.

[ Easier to talk to her in person than over the communicator, especially about such things as the timeline, a subject better broached as early as possible. He needs to know, needs to make sure they're on the same page or at least one close to it. ]

[And just like Velvet before, she heads over to the shuttle docking area, and waits.]

[ Eizen doesn't talk nearly as long to make his way over to her, happy to let the shuttle fly itself to her ship. He's even quicker to step off once it arrives, making his way over to her.

It's almost funny how relieved he is to see her, once upon a time he wouldn't have been caught dead feeling that way about an Exorcist of all people. ]
