Since we seem to have a fair amount of people from worlds where 'super powers' exist, let me ask something for the sake of sating curiosity: power use regulation by government. Thoughts?

[aizawa is almost always in the med bay these days, organizing and reorganizing, writing down what looks like curriculum and schedules and trying to brush up on his mathematics.

on the rare occasion that he's not on the starstruck, he can be found on any of the asteroids with shops, looking for...a tuxedo. or an approximation of one, anyway. he doesn't seem very enthusiastic about it, but it's hard to find something in a humanoid shape that doesn't cost an arm and a leg.]

No. People without powers have no right to regulate the people that do.

What if the government in question was comprised of people with powers? Would that make the suggestion more amenable to you?

More, but not completely. I don't like rules.

What would be your ideal setup, then?

Let the people with powers decide how they want to handle people with powers. It doesn't have to be strict regulation. We can handle ourselves.

Sounds more like a pipe dream to me. At least in a world where a significant amount of people don't have powers.

Only because they want to control us. They don't care about helping us.

How did powers come about in your world? Was someone just born with them one day?

Mutation. Human DNA mutating over time to give people powers. That's why we're called mutants.

He's my brother.

There's a lot of you here from the same world, huh? I keep hearing that 'mutants' term.
