I'm just wonderin': that's accepted, here? Is it accepted for the rest of y'all, too? 'Cause I sure as hell didn't see anyone posing any objections to it. Which is amazing, really, 'cause back home we couldn't do nothin' like that at all, and I was just ...curious, I guess.

I can't speak for everyone here, but I accept it, and I certainly wouldn't stand for someone trying to discriminate against anyone else for their preferences. In my world, it's nothing anyone would look twice at. We can't stop anyone from thinking unkind thoughts about it, but using it as a reason to deny someone basic rights is unacceptable.

I myself prefer males and females of any number of species.

It seems to be regarded as entirely normal here. I was a little surprised when I first encountered it, too - every society has their own views, but most of the ones I've known were never quite as...nonchalant about that kind of thing.

Yeah, it definitely wasn't in America, either.

Mostly accepted, by people who aren't bigoted assholes or think that it's unnatural or a sin. Which I'd like to say is most of the country, but...well. There are a lot more assholes than you might think.

But it's legal. Nobody can be put in jail for it, and you can marry whoever you want. It's just that there's still a long way to go. But we've come a long way from your time, too.

I suppose back home it was decently permissive. Certain people didn't much care for it, but that's merely the prejudice of the few, and frankly none of their business. It was never against any kind of rule.
