Deep Dreams Are Made of These - Open
Who: Keith, Huntress crew, Shiro, open text message
Broadcast: Text
Action: Huntress
When: The night of and morning after the visions/nightmares
[Darkness. Stars. It’s nighttime and the ground trembles. A deep underlying sense of panic permeates everything, tangible in the way your limbs shake and the expressions on people’s faces, though specific features seem to melt away. The darkness turns to red, and the red turns to fire… fire everywhere, uncontrollable and hungry. It burns at your limbs and for a brief second, you see a world-- a planet-- engulfed in a wave of red-orange death.
The background noise is a strange alien wailing, neither male nor female, but it is deep and you find you can almost understand the words. They are strong enough to be word-feelings, which makes them a little hard to concentrate on with the chaos otherwise found in the vision.
<Fire.> <Run.> <Help.>]
=====
on the huntress
[Keith jumped up in bed with a yell, breathing hard. He didn't have nightmares often, but that sure was one. He rubbed his face. Was that... tears? He looked at his hands for a moment, noticing that they were trembling. Keith hesitated, but then eventually reached for the communicator.
After speaking with Shiro, he made his way out to the common area for a bit. He needed to get out of his room. After the common area, he went to the shuttle bay to beat up the punching bag for a bit.]

private to Shiro

Re: Text;
Time to try a different approach.]
why does it sing
no subject
I don't know, it just does. Maybe it's got soul in its heart?
Anyway, the singing planets usually have something from home on them. Somehow. Usually after you preform some weird quest. Because magic, I guess?

something from home
like what

It's how I got my boomerang and my sword back.
[There's a pause, because he can guess where Keith's train of thought will go. ]
I don't know if you'd get your lions back. They're usually pretty small things, relatively.

so i could get my bayard or my dagger back
[IT WOULD BE AWESOME IF HE COULD HOLY QUIZNAK]

[It's the BEST thing. He was so happy to be reunited with his weapons. ]

just about anything

[That made it hard to figure out what was what, but he'd keep an eye open anyway.]

Just be prepared for...basically all things forever and you'll do fine.

[That wasn't terribly reassuring, but he'd make do. Being prepared for the unexpected was something he was getting used to. It was just par for the course in his life now, ever since he'd first picked up on that strange energy in the desert that turned out to be the Blue Lion.]
