Eyuzi System Mingle
Who: Everyone!
Broadcast: If you like!
Action: The planet Lyuku, the Iskaulit, and anywhere else you want
When: Sept 1 to Sept 28
[After a rather short time adrift, the fleet is finally in range of another planet. Small, peaceful, and colorful, there is plenty to do and explore.
Maybe it's enough to forget that vague feeling of unease.
Or not.]

Do you seriously charge all of your customers so much for a single word? It's not that offensive.

[You know, the ones with money. He pocket the credits, then gestured Ignis to the seat opposite.]
What are you doing here? You seem to be more of a skeptic than anything else.
no subject
[As it is, Ignis's voice is usually very quiet. He's never really had to shout to make himself heard. But does take the seat across from Tyrion and looks at him.]
I would be rather hypocritical if that were the case. Magic and prophesy are very real on my own world, alongside the technology we also have.
[Smart phones do no negate Gods.]
no subject
[He snorted softly, leaning back in his chair.]
Is that so? Well ... then this place would be unbelievably familiar, would it not?
no subject
[Honestly, though, be glad that you didn't get shifted with Ardyn. That would have been a lot of fun. Maybe? Not really.]
It isn't unfamiliar, certainly, but a little to reliant upon superstition for my taste. Even with magick and Gods available to my people, we didn't allow it to rule our lives.
[Just the country?]
no subject
[He shall thank all the seven deities of his religion. Repeatedly.]
So what do you allow to rule your lives? Fate? Destiny? Delicious tarts?
no subject
[Gladio might be one of his closest friends, but there are moments when Ignis would like to hit him.
And that is a good way to look at it when it comes to Ardyn Izunia.]
Hm, I think most people of Lucis, and Eos as a whole, do look to the Gods, but not as much as they once did. Very few people believe in Fate or Destiny. Some of us cannot avoid it. It really depends on how close one is touched by the Six.
no subject
And just out of curiosity and my future safety - how closely have you been touched?
no subject
There is a part of things that touches the crew of the First Breath after all.]
I am not directly touched, but Noctis and Lunafreya have been in direct contact with the Six.
[He was just there for the fights with Titan and Ramuh.]
no subject
[Ugh. Tyrion is going to pinch his brow for a moment.]
I take it you are good terms with both of these people?
no subject
[Noctis hasn't been able to summon any of the Astrals after all.]
They are both members of our crew. Noctis is the other cook and Lady Lunafreya handles our communications.
no subject
[Is Tyrion's wry answer, but he'll trust for now that they are safe. Relatively.]
AH. That is who those two are ... I wondered.
no subject
[Since, you know, Shiva's dead, and from what he can gather, Noctis has tamed three of the other five. "Tamed".]
Companions from my home world. As is Prompto, our resident photographer.
no subject
[He nods his head slowly.]
I take it you are telling me all this so ... I know who to point to if something horrible with six gods happens?
[A wry smirk.]
no subject
[You ever pissed off a fire god?]
I am alerting you to this as the captain of the ship where we all reside. Should, for any unknown reason, the Astrals appear, you would know whom to consult, yes.
[Ignis is immune to Tyrion's smirk.]
Unless, of course, you'd prefer to have a being of power attacking the fleet without any warning.

I concede that point to you. I'm not certain that many people on the Fleet would listen to someone who's been here less than six months at this point, considering some have been stuck here for years and had more experience with what our lovely "hosts" like to do.
no subject
I don't know either ... but I have been here for years and it is dangerous at all times.
no subject
I'm inclined to believe that might be status quo for the Fleet. I arrived a few months before and even the "down time" can be treacherous here.
