[Yeah, he knows that look, and it makes Billy smile too. There's something especially alluring about the concept of flight- he'd felt it himself, after all.]

[And with a wave of his hand, accompanied by a flare of blue sparkles, Shiro should find himself freely floating off the ground alongside Billy. No happy thoughts required!]

[The sparkles make him tense for a second there - sure, he's become used to people having crazy abilities, but usually when someone throws some light at him, it isn't good news.
