Eyuzi System Mingle
Who: Everyone!
Broadcast: If you like!
Action: The planet Lyuku, the Iskaulit, and anywhere else you want
When: Sept 1 to Sept 28
[After a rather short time adrift, the fleet is finally in range of another planet. Small, peaceful, and colorful, there is plenty to do and explore.
Maybe it's enough to forget that vague feeling of unease.
Or not.]

That you would prefer court over this is telling. [Was that an attempt at dry humor? Probably not, because it's Justice, but it could have been if one squints and forgets how limited Justice's understanding of humor is.] I am sorry you have been taken so far from home. I am sorry that you have been left without those you love for so long. It is not right, and it is not easy, no matter how well you have adapted.
I cannot make up for their absence, but for what it is worth, I am here for you. Say what you need of me, and I will give it freely.
[He doesn't know how else to help her, so he hopes that this is enough.]

Isn't it though? [She huffs out a laugh. Good to know they listened to her bitching about it during their travels. She wouldn't have blamed them if they tuned her out after awhile.] Thank you, Justice. It really does help having you here, and seeing a friendly face again. This place can be a trial, but having friends at my side makes it bearable. [She smiles, a tease in her eyes.] Even if-

...wait, why don't you smell like a rotting corpse anymore? And now that I look at you, you look a lot more... put together than you did before. Like, all of your digits are there. I could have sworn you lost one or two.

And then she asks a very good question. He looks down at his hands, as if checking to see he has all his digits even though he already knows he does. By the time this place took him, he'd lost fingers on his sword hand as well. He'd needed to use magic to supplement his grip or he'd be useless in battle.]
When this place drew me here, it left Kristoff's body behind. I am possessing nothing, and yet I am comfortably existing in the mortal world. I suspect magic is at work. [Not that he's complaining. Not being stuck in a corpse + not going crazy = not so bad.] I chose to continue using Kristoff's appearance because that is how the Grey Wardens recognize me, and I did not know if I would encounter any.
[Yes, he's choosing to look like a corpse. Please talk some sense into him.]

I... well, I understand your reasoning, but, you still look like a walking corpse. Some might find that unsettling. [To say the very least. He's going to get some looks when he's out and about in the fleet proper.] And a perfectly missed opportunity! You can look as dashing as you want. Not everyone has the ability to be able to choose their appearance so.

He cocks his head at the possibility she raises. Sure, he'd like to not scare everyone he meets, but...]
What else would I look like?
[It's a genuine question. She raises an idea that has merit, but he doesn't know what other form to take. He's not particularly invested in being physically attractive, though being less outright frightening would be nice. He doesn't want to take someone else's face, and he's not sure he has the creativity to think of his own. There are images of justice representations that hover in the minds of the mortals, little things that tug gently at him--a human with wings and a trumpet, a blindfolded woman with scales and a sword, a faceless knight in shining armor... he supposes he could be any of those, but those forms also sound like they wouldn't fit in well.]

Just about anything. But that's not something we need to address right this moment. Honestly, I think it'd be more beneficial for you to focus on acclimating to the fleet before we worry about what you look like. Maybe we can rope in Anders to help, too.

[Both focusing on acclimation and talking about possible appearance changes later.
Makeover: Extreme Edition! He hasn't even fully gotten used to the mortal world yet. He has no illusions for how out of place he'll probably be in the fleet.]Are there particular things I should be aware of, now that I am here? [Facts or basic social rules or basically anything. He doesn't know what he's doing and the Warden Commander has always been generous with her guidance.]
