I don't think it's the Atroma. I think it's the Planet.

[ Hermione isn't the most sensitive when it comes to divination and that sort of thing - purposefully, because she still doesn't quite believe in the use of it despite years more experience - but she knows where this is coming from. ]

I think we were brought here for a reason, but I don't think that the Atroma quite knew what that reason was.

[Divination isn't really Wolfe's cup of tea either, but Hermione sounds so certain and he can feel the underlying foreboding in the planet's song and so has no reason to doubt.]

So you don't think they were in control of us coming here, or that they thought to send us here and just don't know any better than we do what will happen?

I think they haven't got any idea. It's... I don't know. Maybe we're just going through a solar system with lots of planets that need help, but it feels a little bit too much like a coincidence.

Well, I can't say I mind helping, to be honest. Even if we're just in the wrong place at the wrong time we might as well make it the right time for someone.

[Though the tone he tells her this with is wry and weary, it's still genuine. If he sees bad things going on in front of him, he's not going to stand idly by.]
