Hey, the two of you said it - not me. [ But, honestly, he likes humans anyway. He especially likes humans (and awoken, and exos) who can manage to get Jayden to lighten up a little! He looks back and forth between the two of them again... ( Oh, he should not be as amused as he is, but he really can't help but marvel at how badly his Guardian needs to get a clue. ) ] Actually... Jayden, I think I'm going to go back to the Goldstone. I'd like to spend some time with all of the notes I took, but remember last time I wandered off alone on this planet, they thought I was a spirit...

[ Jayden snorts, but then just shrugs. It's not like he can't find her whenever the hell he wants, so hey, why not? ]

[you aren't subtle you little metal pineapple. aizawa gives her ghost the stinkeye as he hovers off along his way, but doesn't say a word about it and just begrudgingly sips his drink. okay, fine, this'll be easier without a third wheel, but like...c'mon.] Technically, we're also aliens right now.

[ HEY it's a good thing in the long run! And besides, it's not like Jayden noticed, so he's pretty much off the hook~ SO YOU KIDS HAVE FUN NOW BYE! ]

Prisoner tourists. [that's a new one. but you know what, that shit's depressing, and that's not the vibe he's going for. not that aizawa makes much of a habit to go for any particular vibe........

[ She snorts. Yeah, that is depressing... But she's not gonna think about it. She'd rather just enjoy spending time with him, not thinking about the Fleet, or any of its bullshit.

She's knocking back the last of what's in her glass when he heaves that sigh, and she's concerned for a second, but when he comes out with that... Ah. Yeah. Got it. And she actually smiles a little - amused, and honestly, kind of relieved. The direct approach is nice. ]

I'm no good at it either. [ She nods. ] I've been staying off the ship just to get a break. Nice place, not far from here. Bet they've still got plenty of room. [ And it absolutely smells better than here. ]

For god's sake, Price, [aizawa says, rolling his eyes though he can't quite hide the grin on his face as he turns away and heads for the bar.

he comes back with a handful of whatever they consider to be bar nuts and pretzels and offers her some. don't think about the germs, just eat]

[ Hey, that reaction was enough for her - she can't help grinning, either. And she does take a few of those pretzels, thanks. ... Okay so they're slightly stale, but you know, that's probably par for the course for this place. ]

[ She kinda glares at him, but the effect is completely lost by the grin she's trying-but-failing to hide (because it is funny). She also lightly socks him in the shoulder. ]

[whistles lowly and takes a swig before passing the bottle back over.] Then I'll be right back. Text me your GPS, yeah? [because they're gonna need some shit and he doesn't exactly walk around ready to get laid]

[ Yeah, neither does she. At all. She takes the bottle back, and has a swig as well. ]
