Okay, so, ignoring that this is kind of awful and I hate that I apparently can't teleport myself home...

Any advice for first-timers? Can't say I've watched much reality TV back home. Um, barring that... what's some good places to visit off-ship if you've got like five cents to your name?

I do. What your job entails sort of... varies. It's a supporting kind of role, more or less. [Honestly she's never quite figured it out, but it doesn't really matter. She smiles a little.] Don't worry, it's nothing stressful. Your pay's not tied into it anyway.

That's kind of a relief. I guess if it's support I can Counsellor Troi it up in the office or something- I know enough psycho-babble from Mom to fake it. Probably.

Sure. Here, follow me. We're not too far from the bedrooms from here, so we'll hit that first. [she beckons him to follow her. As promised, it's only a short walk (she does point out the bathrooms they pass along the way) before they reach the crew quarters.] Let's see... you should have been assigned one...

[She swallows thickly. It's hard. What will be his room used to belong to someone she knew, a friend. It could have been Sansa's, or Robb's, or even Allen's. But she has to tell herself it's not their room anymore, it's his.] Here. [She points to an empty one.] This one's empty.

Yikes, talk about barebones... guess it's time to redecorate. It's kind of cozy, though.

[Standing back so he could look, she winces a bit at the comment.]

It wasn't always. When someone leaves, their things, for the most part, go with them. And no, they don't give you much to start with. Just some ugly overalls, a blanket, and some credits.

...So... this was someone else's room?

It was. We lost a lot of people recently. Sent home and whatnot. On the off chance that you do find something left behind, would you let me know? Or Sokka, if you can't find me.
