[Dorian looks better than he has in a few days, wandering around his borrowed bedroom and smiling pleasantly, robes wrapped around him and pants and a tunic under that. He doesn't look like an evil necromancer today, hooray!]

I would like to formally offer my services yet again to the fleet. For those of you unaware, I operate a small salon of sorts out of the Three Twins. If you have a need for your hair cut or anything else, please, for everyone's sake, let me do it.

Today is decidedly different. It's come to my attention that perhaps not all of you know how to read, and I'd like to offer my services as a private reading tutor. I can be a dreadfully patient man, and if that is something you'd like to be taught, I am more than happy to oblige.

I have a friend here on the fleet, Varric is his name. Alarmingly attractive, with an aquiline nose and chest hair the likes I've never seen. What he lacks in height he makes up in presence. He's a dwarf, you see.

He writes. Quite well! He's a rather well-known author in our world. Popular fiction, and all that. Better than the chantry drivel I have to read else wise.

From what I have seen thus far, nearly everyone is friends with Varric. [ not entirely surprising. she quite enjoyed speaking with him for what brief time she had. ] We spoke not too long ago, when he awoke from his slumber. [ talked about dwarves and stuff. ]

Oh? He failed to mention that. Do you have any of his works with you?

Unfortunately, not. We had a few copies of this books in the library I attended to back in Skyhold...don't tell him I told you this, but they weren't entirely terrible.

[ she quirks her brows, confused. ] Would that not be considered a compliment, though?

Which is precisely why he needn't know. Lest he fall under the delusion that I have anything but excellent taste in books.
