[Since the news of impending doom's spread, Fleeters are doing their best (or okayest) to get citizens off the planet, and Fie's doing some work of her own. A random planet dweller here or there is fine, but her focus is mostly elsewhere. Since she's limited in her abilities right now--thanks lack of ARCUS quartz-- she sticks to what she can deal with well: plants.

Anyone on the planet or aboard the Iskaulit for a period of extended time, might notice Fie popping in and out with different bundles of supplies each time. Eventually, on the planet, she stops to sit somewhere (hopefully) out of the way to address her concerns.]

I've gathered as many plant samples and seeds as I can find for now, and I've temorarily set them up on the garden on the Iskaulit. From what I saw of the farming here, we could likely set it up on a few of the bigger ships, but the machine parts are sizable-- too big for several normal humans to carry comfortably. Maybe disassembling it would be easier...

Is anyone free to help with that? Or are people already focused on it? If there's something organized already, I want to help.

Mm, all the farms are farther out, but for now, I'm at a few clumped together off the west side of our docking area. [She sends him coordinates over the comm, followed by a quick after thought:] Thanks, Gramps.

Sure. I can't promise too much, but Ol' Zaveid is still kicking. [ He's a Seraph, he's a touch hardier sometimes. ] That the only thing that needs doing?

[sylphid]

Definitely not, but it's what I'm focusing on right now. [He can hear a huff from her.]

As far as I know, we need to get these machines or parts back to the city so they can be loaded on to the ships. People there should know how to put them back together once they're off the planet.

[airily]

So we get them from one place to another then leave them for the locals to figure out? [ Sounds like an easy job. ] How much stuff are we talking?

That's the quickest method for now. [Fie lets out a hum as she thinks about it.]

Judging from looking at one machine on one farm, maybe about ten large pieces per location at least? I'm no mechanic, so I could be off.

Aww, man, you're really gonna make me work, aren't you?

[ Why did he volunteer again... ]

If it wasn't necessary, I wouldn't be this time.

[He can hear it in her voice, the part joke but mostly serious demeanor she's sporting. What a change.]

[airily]

Yeah, yeah, it's fine. [ Zaveid just hums. ] You'll just owe me one, right?

Nope, you already volunteered. Too late to talk about payback.

[He'll get a nice souvenir t-shirt or something next system.]

Aww, damn. [ Well, can't blame a guy for trying. ] Alright. I'll do this one for free, just for you.

[sylphid]

Yep, you will.

[And she's grateful for it, really.]

It's fine. [ He's a good guy, really. ] I'll check in when I'm done, alright?

Sure. Also sometimes after that, too. Gotta make sure you don't get into too much trouble.
