[Tyrion is sitting in the Captain's chair of First Breath, something that should strike you all as strange. He also looks absolutely drained - to the point of making him look almost twice his age. He rubs his hands across his face, as if steeling himself, before he finally speaks.]

For those of you who ... who knew Captain Furiosa, and her friend Max, they ... they both perished back on the planet. According to the people I have spoken to, they died in the successful attempt to get the last ship up and running again. Gil and I - Gil and I ... did not realize they had not made it off-planet and ... and well.

Here we are.

[He looks at his hands for a moment, squeezing them into fists, before he looks at the camera again.]

One of my shipmates has made an excellent suggestion - talking about the threats that might face us from our own worlds - considering how familiar our travels seem to be. I suggest meeting up to find a way to continue our survival, and not make others lives ...loss of lives in vain.

I ... eventually, I suppose. I just. I never saw this coming.

It doesn't seem like something you can really prepare for. If you need anything, I'm sure I can grab a shuttle and come over.

I am fairly certain the only thing I truly need now is more wine than what is good for me.

[A sad, wry smile, before he looks serious once more.]

How are you holding up?

So long as you don't drink yourself to death, I don't think anyone will argue with you. None of your friends would want to see you leave us too.

[He stretches a little.]

Well enough. I used too much mana getting people off the planet but a couple more days, I should be back to normal.

I promise I will not drink myself to death. Considering I would like to avoid it after what we have found.

[He sighs, leaning back in the Captain's chair.]

Good ... good. Take it easy.

[He'd hate to lose another friend.]

Don't worry. Merlan is forcing me to.

Aaaah, well then I am glad she was there for you, my friend.

[He smiles.] Friends should always be ready to support one another.

I would say ... you are right. I hope I can do the same for you.

I'm sure you can. And will when it comes to it.

You have such definite faith in people, Khagdar. I am not sure what I have done to deserve it.

I like to believe that everyone has the capacity to do good, if they want to.

...I hope you never lose that, Khagdar. I truly do.

I guess only time will tell.

[He hopes so too though.]
