[ You know that moment when you go to bed like normal in your own nice, comfy bed but wake up somewhere completely different? And don't notice at first when you swing your feet over the end of what should have been your bed? And you stand up and hit your head because that's a bunk and not your room?

That is the sort of moment Sam's having today when the network picks up and starts recording his glorious intro to Space TV. ]

--Ow! Wh...??? [ Both hands fly up to hold his forehead as he winds up on his back staring up at the top bunk above hove him not quite. Sure what he's looking at here. So he just blinks a few times before much more slowly trying that sitting & standing-up thing. All the while looking at the bunk like it's some STRANGE ALIEN THING.

The rest of the room gets the same look when he notices it and he balks, looking this way and that quickly. ]

...Mom?? [ IS THIS YOUR DOING no really what's going on here... This isn't his bedroom. Or any room he has ever seen before. ] ...Anyone? Hello?

[ Everyone else gets to arrive in their fancy swag clothes. Sam arrives in his jammie shirt and boxers. Not exactly the most graceful arrival. ]

[ There's someone sitting in front of one of the nearby screens, watching the default blandly-pleasant messages of encouragement set to the sound of some kind of elevator music.

He is also wearing a cape. ]

[ Instead of turning around like a normal person, he just leans backwards enough that he can look at Sam, upside-down. ]

Or maybe good morning? Ahaha~

[ And of course Sam completely missed him the first time around so when Henry speaks up he jumps a bit and looks over with wide eyes all BRACED FOR ACTION and stuff. Except he's too clumsy to have done anything other than freeze up, whoops. ]

Which...is it? [ Ummmm ]

[ Eh, he doesn't seem dangerous, or maybe it's just the fact that he's smiling all nicely and not attacking Sam or anything. ]

Hmmm, it might be...

But~ it's so dark out, I can't tell at all!

[ THAT IS PROBABLY BECAUSE YOU ARE IN SPACE, HENRY.

Sits back up normally and turns around. ]

--Wait, didn't you kidnap me?? Why am I the one answering that! I was in bed just a second ago, where the heck is this??? My dad's a detective you know!

[ Still chipper. And then just as chipper: ]

I didn't kidnap anyone, but if I reaaaaally wanted someone out of my way, I'd probably just kill them instead~

--You're gonna kill me?! [ He's paying attention ]

[ OH, THAT'S SO HELPFUL, RIGHT? ]

I mean, I don't have a reason to, or anything like that...

[ SO NOT HELPFUL AT ALL. He looks all pale and ??? and panicky in that awkward teen sort of way... ]

[ ...Which of course comes out on his end as a disembodied voice, but it's speaker-y sounding enough that although Sam jumps and whirls around for a moment, searching for whoever said it...he figures out the sound system above pretty quick and looks all sorts of unsure and suspicious. ]

--What are you talking about?? Who are you? Where is this place...? [ That voice sounds like a...girl? ]

[ Sam couldn't get more red because Rin's reminder is having him realize he really is just in his bed clothes here and oh my god there's a woman--girl??--watching him and he just about turns into a tomato as he holds his hands over himself. ]

How do I switch t-to voice?!

[Okay insert a bunch of directions on how to do that here. It's not difficult or anything so he should have it done in a snap by her guess, especially with his augment.]

[ Yep! He just needs to fumble with the settings a bit since he's all jittery from SPACE and GIRL WATCHING, but Sam succeeds. ]

I...I think so--you can't see me right?

[ So rude. I mean, at least it all comes from the screen on his PDA-thing so he's able to figure it out fast when all that laughter starts coming in through, but wow. Wooow. ]
