Who: Cole and anyone who stands still long enough to be talked to

Action: One ALL fleet ships except The Tourist and The Three Twins
When: During the week.
Cole doesn't like the communicators. He finds it too disorientating to talk to people and have that vast distance between them.
Instead, he's setting out to visit each of the ships and meet the people on board. He likes people and he likes meeting and talking with people and he'd far rather do that face to face.
Don't worry. He doesn't take up much space and he takes up no supplies. He just wants to meet people.
But... he gives The Tourist and The Three Twins a wide berth. Fenris had been very clear that he was not to see Cole again and Cole will respect that by avoiding the places he seems to be.
Anyone from those ships will have to be visitors somewhere else to run into Cole.

Why would I take anything? And I don't like the communication system, it's not right, too far, fetching, fallow... It's uncomfortable.

[It sound accusing or angry, but Cole sounds empathetic, like he understand that Tim is frustrated with him and doesn't blame him for that.]

And I'd like to know how you knew what I was thinking.
[Batman trained him in some very basic mental defenses to obstruct telepaths, and out of paranoia, he begins them - visualizing a mental barrier, very carefully counting prime numbers while he thinks of anything else, switching occasionally to visualizing sheep jump over a fence and running through meditative breathing exercises in his mind. Against powerful mind-readers, they're useless, but they've helped before, and even though he thinks Cole's more likely to be a savant or someone who can read body language than thoughts, Bat-paranoia is a powerful motivator.

[He has trouble explaining it. He has trouble understanding it. It isn't something he's learned, it's simply what he is and putting words on it can be difficult, even now.
He twists to his feet and paces slightly, shying away before coming back.]

Tim's never been comfortable with powerful telepaths, any more than he is with casual physical contact. It's not something he consents to. Being contained, closed off, himself; that's important. Maintaining basic control of himself. Like mental hygiene.]
