[As if waking up on a strange ship alone wasn't enough when Ulaz knew he shouldn't be there, now he was on yet another ship. This really was not funny. His attempts to try and get information through hacking had been poor at best and he was no closer to figuring what had happened.

He had learned one thing though; he did not like confetti. It was not amusing in the least.

He'd been pretty much silent so far - if being a Blade had taught him nothing else, it was how to make as little noise as possible. But now he doesn't really have a choice]

Can someone explain what is going on here? First I was on one ship and now another, neither of them where I should be. This must be a joke.

Buddy. Friend. You know. I mean, you saved him, so you two have got to be on pretty good terms, right?

[He gives him a little smile.]

Well...welcome to the fleet. We're supposedly being watched by cameras for some weird kind of space reality show, so, uh, say hi to them I guess? Wherever they are...

I had nothing against Shiro. He was important.

That is an explanation I never thought I'd hear. Has anyone actually seen those who have dragged us into this?

No. We've gathered some clues and information over the time here, but you'd be better off talking to Keith and Shiro about that. They know more than me, and there are others here they can probably point you too also.

[Which considering he's here, he might get another chance. Hope Lance is ready for a Galra looking out for him and the other paladins here]

I'll have to do that. It would be good to be caught up on the theories of how we got here. I have a few questions of my own.

[Considering he's sure what happened or should have happened back home and yet he's here]

How many of the paladins are here?

[Well, Lance isn't going to complain about someone looking out for them. But he certainly doesn't want Ulaz to sacrifice himself for them again. Because...that'd suck, and he really doesn't like the idea of anyone having to sacrifice their life.

Or even risk it.

(He still isn't over what happened in the last battle.)]

We're all here, actually! Allura and Coran aren't, but...us five paladins are here.

All of you? That's an interesting situation to be in. And the lions? Are they here?

Unfortunately, no. It's just us. We have our armor, and Pidge and I have our bayards, but...that's about it. We're making do, though. Even if we miss our lions. ...A lot.

A shame. It can't be helped given the situation. I'm without my blade as well.

[His brow furrows a bit at this statement. He doesn't like not having his sword]

Honestly, you could probably borrow one of Keith's. He definitely has enough of them.

[Not that Lance doesn't have like...three guns right now, himself...]

It is worth asking. I'm unused to having no weapon at all.

But he does not have his bayard?

No. Pidge and I only have our bayards 'cause our invisible overlords gave them to us as Christmas presents. Keith has his blade, though.

So the Atroma random give things back to us as "gifts"?

[So maybe he'll get his sword that way... but]

Seems like it. I got stuff on my birthday, too. Just kind of came out of nowhere.

You know, a blade blade! All...dagger-y... Except it's bigger than a dagger. Not as big as a sword, though. Keith mentioned that it could get bigger, but I haven't seen it do it yet.

[He's about to make a rather uncouth joke, but can almost literally hear the voice of Shiro saying his name sternly.]

It can get... what does this dagger look like? Does it have any markings on it? Is it something that he had at home?

[Now Ulaz seems overly curious about this dagger that Keith had. Also yes, once it is confirmed, he really wouldn't appreciate a joke about it]

[Oh. Wait. ...Crap. It's only now after his blabbing that he realizes he might have dropped information that wasn't really his to give.]

It's definitely his blade, I can tell you that much. But the rest, uh, I think it'd be better if you talked to him about it. He can answer those questions better than I can.

[Very true. That wasn't his information to give, but he had started it and now Ulaz was curious. If he had just been a normal blade, he would have barely acknowledged it, but saying to changed, well that was the mark of luxite blade yielded by a Galra as far as he knew. Even more so that it was a blade he'd had at home]

I will ask him about it then.
