It's the business end of a battle axe, runes inscribed along the metal edge and the weapon far too ridiculously big for a person like Katie to use. In fact, it's not temper that made her slam the stupid thing into the floor. She just can't lift it for very long, it's too goddamned heavy.

Would you all have the same name? Would you wear the same clothes, or- would it be like twins, where you guys all have different personalities, or would you all act the same too? [Sorey is putting a lot of thought into this]

Different names! Well, that we'd give to other people, but we'd all secretly be Katie. And we'd sneak into all parts of society as loads of different people. There'd be Kate and Katherine and Katrin and Hey You and Damn Cat, and maybe even a Cassandra. And we'd all have a secret password, which would be pointless because everyone that looks like me is a me, but it's the principle of the thing!

Oooh, that's so neat. A whole network of Katies! -and you could make a secret underground base, because you'd need somewhere to meet up. Ooh and you could have secret signal language, like with your hands! Then you could say something but do a hand signal for something else, and you'd all know that the Katie speaking means something different!

We could find some catacombs to call our own! Full of secret passageways and puzzle rooms to keep people out, or until we get bored and want to solve one. We could tunnel up into all the places we needed to sneak into from below and raid the kitchens of people we don't like.

Puzzle rooms! [the sheer delight in this boy's voice] I could help you! Me and Mikleo could help- we're in ruins all the time, there's always puzzle rooms so we've got a lot of experience!

Oh my Lords were they ever. [SO ANNOYING SOMETIMES.....but then also very fun. but also annoying] Man Dorothy, I could not tell you how many times I've pulled a lever and fallen down a chute, or dropped a rolling boulder onto us, or opened like, some kind of poisonous gas vent. Unreal.

Sounds like you had all the fun. [Does she sound jealous--] And all the luck if you didn't get squashed by a boulder somewhere along the way.

Mikleo did always say my luck was my best feature. [GRIN. Yeah honestly it's a miracle they never died in those places...probably why Mikleo tried learning healing artes first and foremost.] I wish I could show them to you somehow, we always had so much fun. Even when we got lost.

If we ever come to a planet with ruins that look suspiciously trapped, we will have to go test our luck together.

Oh my gosh, definitely! Is it bad that I kind of wish one would come along now? Like those temples in that underwater planet, those were awesome.

Hopefully not underwater next time, though. I prefer keeping my hair dry.

No way, that was the best part! Me and Mikleo were armatized like, the whole time. It was great.

Armatized? [Not a word she knows.]

It's um, when we kind of merge? [demonstrates by lacing his fingers together] We both occupy my body equally, and we can both move how we want. It's a how a Shepherd and their seraphim can combine their strength. Because Mikleo's a water seraph, when we armatize then I can breathe underwater, and we can swim so much easier. It's soooo cool.

[...huh. That's actually a pretty familiar concept, given her own existence. Using a human shell like armour. But there's really only one mind in here, after so long.]

What do you do when one wants to go left and the other wants to go right? [She's teasing.]

We fight. [LMAO not really but sometimes] Nah, we don't really actually disagree that much when we're armatized. Usually he lets me do the steering, but doing something like that takes a lot of trust from both parties, or it falls apart.
