Who: briony vincent
Broadcast: anyone. come at me.
Action: marsiva
When: 4/5, afternoon
[ None of this seems possible. In fact, it all seems like some crazy dream, maybe someone drugged her. But when pinching herself doesn't do more than leave her arm red and sore, Briony starts to wonder if maybe being drugged would be preferable to what is apparently reality. The really weird part is how much of it all makes sense to her. Space, the ships, how to work these weird machines... And she's never been much of a fan of science-fiction, either.
So she's communicating with folks now by use of those nifty communication stations, at least trying to look proper and like she doesn't want to throttle someone. ]
Alright, well...I don't quite know what I'm doing here, and I know someone's going to want to explain that, but you really don't have to do that because, well, I don't really care-- sorry.
[ She is so not sorry. ]
And I'd just rather know how to leave peacefully because I don't think anyone wants there to be trouble, right?
[ She looks like she's looking for something in a purse. Unfortunately, when she does pull out what she seemed to be looking for (a book), absolutely nothing happens. Thaaaat'll put a damper on things.
Just not her temper. ]
Oh, what-- this shit isn't funny at all!
[ Cutting the feed then. If any Marsiva folks are around, feel free to make fun of her. Or just watch out so you don't get hit by the book she's tossing behind herself with absolutely no thought given to who is around. ]

Right, must've slipped my mind. Between planets.
[ And, after a few seconds of very quiet and panicked cursing: ]
So, I'm just here, very, very high up, and this is...completely normal?

You're in space, part of a moving pict- sorry a television show called Drift Fleet. Apparently we're here for entertainment.
Don't worry, you'll be moved onto a ship before long, a smaller one, with people on it.
