[By this point, Pete is less weirded out by the strange floating beakers and more grateful for them- it gives him a definite indicator of where his invisible captain actually was.
That way, when he sets down the box full of freshly cleaned petri dishes, beakers, and other assorted supplies, he can make sure he doesn't set it on him. After that, it's just a matter of unpacking them, then gathering up the next batch to be cleaned up- why do some of them have scorch marks?]

No indication of poison or dangerous contents yet... though that's assuming I'm even doing this correctly.

Hey, that's what those augment things are for, right? It's...probably right.
[Then again, testing for poison >> accidentally setting the place on fire is an odd direction, but he's gonna have faith.]
But, hey, if you really wanna be sure, I can grab some of the hazardous stuff off the ship. You can run the same test on those- I mean, we already know it's dangerous, so you could check your accuracy that way!
[Giving Mikleo dangerous chemicals to work with might not be the best plan, but it's at least a plan.]

I took the materials from the ship already- that's where all of this came from. I won't complain if you get more samples, though. I'll save me the trip.
[Maybe by the time you come back all of this will be properly cleaned, too.]
