Thor | OTA
[After a couple of times staying up to watch the strange power surge that seems to herald the 'reset' of this place, something about it snags at Thor's attention. The problem is, it happens once a day in a split second. It's going to take some time and patience to figure out.
Every night Thor heads to the roof of a house or building and sits there, waiting. He keeps his sword at his side despite the utter lack of any reason to use it. When the power fluctuation hits, he straightens up quickly and looks in a certain direction ... then gets to his feet and cuts an 'X' into the rooftop before leaping down to the ground below. It won't stick longer than a day, but that's okay. It's enough to mark where he was and figure out where to watch from the next night. In this slow, frustrating way, he edges towards the north-east.]
b. shops
[When Thor's not spending the night on his weird task, he's checking out the shops for things to take. He has zero issues with just taking whatever he wants; he might have a strong sense of right and wrong, but he's more than willing to bend it when it suits him.
In the grocery store he can be found stocking up on coffee (a blessing) and eyeing off the canned meat with suspicion (it's just wrong). In the clothing stores he checks out all the wares, much more satisfied with the sizes here than some of the other worlds they've been to.
He does strip off his current shirt to try on whatever he's looking at right in the middle of the store, so. There is that.]
c. wildcard
[Anything else? Hit me up.]
shops
I wouldn't if I were you.

No, I don't think I would anyway. What is it meant to be?
[That's the part he can't work out.]

Old people like to slice it up and fry it. [ His dad likes spam, but he's a fuckin' weirdo. ]

None of that sounds like how meat should be. Why would anyone bother with it when there's better fare?

[If the grocery store is anything to go by, there are hundreds of other options. Though that still begs the question of why spam.]
Meat shouldn't be canned in the first place. It's just... weird.

[Says the literal space viking.]
And if they have spam on Earth, then I'd call that equally weird.
no subject
..Yeah, that exists.
no subject
[At least someone gets it. Earth regularly confuses him, though he's gotten much better at accepting those things for what they are.]
Then you have my condolences.
