[The video opens on Hiro, who's looking over his shoulder at what... looks like it might have once been the Bishop. It really barely survived that battle. He looks a little exasperated, but not visibly injured--at least not what can be seen of him here.]

So, it looks like we've got our work cut out for us. [he glances back to the camera.] For everybody who doesn't know, my name is Hiro Hamada. I'm the engineer on the SS Bishop. I know there aren't enough engineers to go around for the repairs we all need, so I'm going to offer my services. I know my way around things like this. If you need help on your ship, let me know. If you can't do the repairs, but you can work to get parts, I'll take that in payment.

[he looks like he's about to sign off, but he pauses.]

Oh, right. If you're not an engineer in augment, but you can help, make sure you're pulling your weight. The faster we can get done repairing, the faster we can go back to our lives.

I'm sorry, what was that? "Yes, Ino, I'll go eat something right now" ... ?

Jeez, you're as bad at Tadashi.

[brushing himself off and straightening his clothes]

[ Ruffles his hair ]

If you'd just listened the first time, there wouldn't have been a problem.

[smirking, though.]

I'll take that as a compliment. This time.

Good. You wanna check on Belthazar and Tadashi in the medbay?

[ino]

[ Sighs dramatically. ]

Oh, I guess I probably should.

Yeah, Tadashi's ears probably look like blue-ribbon quality tomatoes after all of that. Bet he's dying to see you.

[ino]

[ She smirks ]

Eh, he'll get over it. Eventually.

[everydayhero]

[he rolls his eyes]

I'll get chewed out later.

[he jabs his thumb toward the kitchen.]

I'm gonna go grab a bite.

[ino]

Alright.

[a pause. and then:]

Last hug. [suddenly, a hug!]

[ino]

[ It surprises her, but -- she gladly returns the hug. Babyyyyy :') ]

[it's probably just that y'know we almost died... that's... why he has to do this.

[then he pulls bac, looks like he's about to say something, waves instead, and then turns to go to the kitchen.]
