Who: Death and All
It's quite the embuggerance to be stuck as he is. The roller coaster had been such fun, but now he's sitting at the top of a rather steep hill, seated in the train of the ride. Death pulls up the feed and almost seems sheepish as he settles the device down to show his situation.
I'VE NEVER ENJOYED A RIDE LIKE THIS BEFORE, BUT I'M QUITE SURE IT'S NOT SUPPOSED TO DO THIS. ERM...
Death squirms a bit in the seat and very quickly summons a scythe, which he pulls himself up by and out of the seat, restraints and all. The feed is held up in his other hand as he takes several steps forward until he's physically standing on the track of the roller coaster. Death kneels down and sets down the communicator, now holding on to the scythe with both hands.
THERE WE ARE. I HAD RIDDEN THIS THING QUITE A NUMBER OF TIMES, SO I SUPPOSE IT WAS INEVITABLE THAT THE THING WOULD BREAK WHILE I WAS USING IT.

[Kramm's seen a lot of strange things in his day, stranger even now, but he can't help but stare a little at Death's imposing countenance and scyther. Perhaps, though, more curious than frightened.]

Video - forgive me for the delay!
Video Forgive me as well!

So, just curious here ... what happened to all your skin and muscles and squishy bits?
Video So sorry about the late tag! I thought I had replied to this one.
hey no worries!

His stalking brings him down to the surface of the planet, to a...theme park? He loiters about between molecules, watching as Death...rides...it? That's not the chosen visage of the Death from his own dimension, but it stands to reason that it's a different one while still being kind of the same. Honestly, Cas is not really that eager to find out.
He's just...worried. If whatever power dragged them here is strong enough to shackle Death, then maybe it won't be as simple as finding the right spell to get Sam back home where he belongs.]

Unfortunately for Cas, Death is still is bonny self, and that means he knows where all the living are, even between molecules. One does not simply stalk a reaper man who's scythe can cut through words as they are spoken.
He stands up slowly and looks in the general direction Cas is.]
I DON'T KILL PEOPLE, YOU KNOW. THAT ISN'T MY JOB.

[He was just. Y'know, concerned that you might know him and be (rightfully) pissed about him being here.] ...does that mean you've been trapped here too? Not here on business?

SADLY, YES. I HAVE TASKS THAT MUST BE ATTENDED TO AT HOME, BUT I HAVE BEEN ASSURED THAT THEY WILL BE TAKEN CARE OF. SOME SORT OF TEMPORAL PAUSE THAT OCCURS AT THE MOMENT OF OUR DEPARTURE, NO DOUBT.

[Which makes this even more of a bummer because it looked kinda fun.]
Do you need any help?
[He looks pretty high up. But he's also Death, so maybe he can fly?]
no subject
QUITE ALL RIGHT. [He waves off the concern.] I'M GIVEN TO UNDERSTAND IT MAY WELL RIGHT ITSELF WITHIN THE HOUR. THIS PLACE IS IN A TEMPORAL LOOP OF SOME KIND, BUT IT ISN'T LIKE ANY i HAVE SEEN BEFORE.
no subject
[This decision definitely isn't related to the million questions Morgan wrote down to ask Death when he had the chance.]
You've seen time loops before?
