[The camera clicks on to Ochako, who is in full costume for once! Sans the helmet, at least for now. It's tucked under her arm. She shuffles from foot to foot, waves, and then bows slightly.]

Hello everyone! I have a request. Would any of the fleet's engineers be able to make something for me? Like, um. Rocket-y? I heard about there being a jetpack a while back... so something like that is what I'm looking for. And if you know anybody who can do that sort of thing, please ask for me! All I know is maintenance, so I'm kinda useless when it comes to making cool gear... I can collect parts, though, if you need anything from the planet!

Oh, and I'm not asking for free! I can pay if you want money... well I don't have a lot but maybe I could pay over time? I can also cook for you and your ship, or bring my little bots over to clean, or... we can work something out!

[She pauses to think for a moment, puzzling over what she might have forgotten, and then-]

Right! The other thing! Is there anybody with super-strength who can help me practice? I want to try a few things that I can't do on my own.

[Ochako's in overdrive today! And all week, really. She's discovered the parkour course and is running through it, over and over, only taking small breaks between to catch her breath and get a drink. She's practicing activating and cancelling her Quirk in quick succession, using her temporary moments of weightlessness to launch herself into higher jumps over the equipment than her small legs would normally allow.

Sure, it means once in a while she loses control and faceplants spectacularly, but that's what practice is for!

When she isn't practicing, she'll be wandering around the Iskaulit, poking her head into rooms less-often visited to see what's changed, or tidying up the art therapy room she likes to visit since it's been mostly abandoned for a while now. She'll be all over at sporadic times.]

Oh! Sure, hang on.

[She scampers away, disappearing for a few minutes. When she returns, she's dragging another dumpster behind herself, full of scraps, old appliances, vehicle tires- mostly heavy garbage. With a careful lift and push, she guides the dumpster against the wall and up into the air towards where he's waiting.]

Catch it when it gets to the top and move it to the roof! Once you're away from it I'll let it drop.

[It's a little sketchy, dragging a dumpster full of debris up onto a rickety roof, but Cloud Strife hasn't made a single good life decision in twenty-one years and he's not about to start now.]

Aright, drop it!

Aaaand down!

[She's trusting him to move away! With a press of her fingertips the gravity returns, and the whole dumpster comes crashing down onto the ceiling.]

[The ceiling gives an ominous creak, but when it doesn't fall down Cloud figures it's all good. He starts kicking around some of the junk, picking up only the good stuff.] Okay, stand back a few feet, I'm just gonna toss a couple things down for starters!

Okay... hang on, hang on...

[She shoves a few of the junk pieces that had fallen to the wayside during transport, giving herself a clear path, and then moves to a good distance.]

Ready when you are!

[Cloud did say just a couple things, but he didn't say which things.

Rather than the tiny little cinderblocks, Cloud's shoving over first a great big chunk of concrete, and then a crumpled up shelving unit that tumbles into two halfway down when it bounces off the fire escape. GOOD LUCK KIDDO]

[OH JEEPERS THAT'S A LOT

She manages to "catch" the concrete, but the way the shelving breaks sends one piece flying out of reach and she can't stretch between them. A moment of indecision leaves her with little choice but to fling herself up towards the bottom level of the fire escape between the two, smacking her palm against the closest one's side as it passes her by. It begins to float, success! ...And then the fire escape snaps and she, the ladder, and the shelf all head for the ground, her surprised shriek joining the noise of groaning metal.

A small dust cloud puffs up from the ground upon impact, and there's a long silence until-]

...I'm alive!!

[moseyin]

[Cloud had half-vaulted over the edge of the building at that high-pitched scream, but lo and behold she is alive. He wilts over the railing for the fire escape with a sigh.]

Geez...

[Pushes himself up and starts to come down.] You hurt at all? I think I got a Potion on me...

Huh? What potion? ...I mean, I'm fine! Don't worry about it!

[How embarrassing would it be if she had to stop after the first throw!? But also seriously wtf is a potion]

What'd you freak out for then? Too much stuff? [it's a ~magical rpg healing item~]

Um... yeah, I guess it just startled me? This is part of my training, too... to make sure I can react in time to actually help people.

So this really is for some kind of superhero thing. I just thought you were yankin' my chain.

Haaah, really? Am I giving the wrong impression!?

[WELL OKAY, YEAH, she doesn't act all that heroic most of the time... maybe she needs to work on her image.]

You were kinda vague about it. I just said the superhero thing to make fun of you. [But it's really a superhero costume? Wow.] Just, uh...y'know. Superheroes are just a story back home. Fantasy stuff, books and TV shows. Not real.

Ohhhh, one of those... yeah, I hear that a lot. But it's real in my world! I go to a school for heroes-in-training.
