time to be heroic or something
Who: Ochako & you!
Broadcast: Yes!
Action: Yes!!
When: Now and throughout the week
( starstruck )
[The camera clicks on to Ochako, who is in full costume for once! Sans the helmet, at least for now. It's tucked under her arm. She shuffles from foot to foot, waves, and then bows slightly.]
Hello everyone! I have a request. Would any of the fleet's engineers be able to make something for me? Like, um. Rocket-y? I heard about there being a jetpack a while back... so something like that is what I'm looking for. And if you know anybody who can do that sort of thing, please ask for me! All I know is maintenance, so I'm kinda useless when it comes to making cool gear... I can collect parts, though, if you need anything from the planet!
Oh, and I'm not asking for free! I can pay if you want money... well I don't have a lot but maybe I could pay over time? I can also cook for you and your ship, or bring my little bots over to clean, or... we can work something out!
[She pauses to think for a moment, puzzling over what she might have forgotten, and then-]
Right! The other thing! Is there anybody with super-strength who can help me practice? I want to try a few things that I can't do on my own.
Thanks, everybody!

[Ochako's in overdrive today! And all week, really. She's discovered the parkour course and is running through it, over and over, only taking small breaks between to catch her breath and get a drink. She's practicing activating and cancelling her Quirk in quick succession, using her temporary moments of weightlessness to launch herself into higher jumps over the equipment than her small legs would normally allow.
Sure, it means once in a while she loses control and faceplants spectacularly, but that's what practice is for!
When she isn't practicing, she'll be wandering around the Iskaulit, poking her head into rooms less-often visited to see what's changed, or tidying up the art therapy room she likes to visit since it's been mostly abandoned for a while now. She'll be all over at sporadic times.]

Sooooo... what kind of super strength are we talking about, exactly? 'Cuz I mean, I can toss hired goons around like ragdolls, but I'm the last guy you'd call if you wanted to... I dunno, play football with an actual truck or something.
no subject
If you can toss goons, that's fine! Even I'd have trouble tossing a truck around.
[A regular-sized car, maybe.]
I just need someone who won't get tired out to throw stuff at me!

What exactly were you looking for?

I need someone who can attach little rockets to my boots! Something to help me move faster and better in the air.

Whoa, so many people who have super strength... you guys're popping up like daisies!
How strong are you? Can you throw heavy things super-fast?

[It's a little awkward when he hears the door open, because he doesn't have permission to be in here, technically, and maybe he's going to get in trouble, and that'd just be freaking great, wouldn't it, and...]
Oh, it's... [Relieved, but not entirely, he places a hand on his chest and exhales.] Ochako-san. Hey. Hey there. I didn't realize anyone else was interested in this place.
no subject
You don't have to use -san! That's way too formal, and we're friends, right?
[She shrugs it off and glances around.]
I didn't know people came here, either. It's usually pretty quiet, but I like it! It's always so colourful... actually, I have some art supplies from the planet that I keep forgetting to drop off.

What do you need someone with super strength for? Do they just need to be strong? Is that all?
no subject
Well... I guess super would just make it easier. Somebody strong enough to throw heavy stuff around would totally work!
