[The Space Bar staff made good use of the ever-replenishing alcohol supply at their last stop, and Nami and Remy got around to discussing the idea of testing various experimental mixes to come up with new additions for the menu.  I mean, add to that Nami hasn't made a decision which one of the applicants should take the main bar job, so clearly the best idea is to shove them all into one place and ply them with alcohol while they talk to each other and work it out after that.

No, it's a good idea.  Shut up.

...okay.  It may just be a good excuse for a party.  Sue her.]

No idea. [He has been told the other non-independant plants power, and therefore their life, is nearly limitless. So long as they're used properly. The problem is thanks to the terrible conditions of his Planet they are usually being pushed to their limits instead of being treated properly. So it was really hard to say just how long one might live if given the chance to make it to an "old and natural" death.] But does anyone really know the answer to that?

I mean, besides Gods of course! Gods live forever, don't they?

Gods do not live forever.

What? Really? But isn't that like... I mean, I've never really know a god. But, I thought-- well, I thought death isn't really a thing once you're you know, dead or a god. [He stumbles through his words as he's not really sure how he wants to put his question.]

Nothing lives forever. Not planets, not stars and suns. Not even the universe is so infinite. All things must pass.

Well, I don't know if I can agree with everything coming to an end. There are some things in this world that can last forever.

Yup! Because it's love! And it's good to know that love will go on forever! [Pick out the romantic sap in the room.]

[Vash just laughs in what could be an obnoxious manner.] Hahaha! I know! It leaves me speechless too thinking about how great it is that love continues on forever!

Of course! Love comes in all shapes and forms. It's nearly impossible for someone to not feel at least some sort of love!

Is that so.

Yup. Love can be between you and a partner, you and a crush, or say between a parent, a guardian, someone you respect, or just really good friends. It's everywhere if you know just where to look for it. [And if you don't limit it to just romantic love. Which to avoid admitting he's not had a successful girlfriend before he's more than willing to do right now.]

I suppose I wouldn't know.

[ Love is for children. And Loki has outgrown it. ]

Really? I find it hard to believe a god couldn't have a single person they love.

I've never been particularly skilled at it.

[ Too hard, too demanding, too needy. Too many flaws that make Loki a difficult person to love and vice-versa. ]

Yeah, it can take some practice at the start, but I think you should keep trying. I promise, it's really good once you get the hang of it!
