[The Space Bar staff made good use of the ever-replenishing alcohol supply at their last stop, and Nami and Remy got around to discussing the idea of testing various experimental mixes to come up with new additions for the menu.  I mean, add to that Nami hasn't made a decision which one of the applicants should take the main bar job, so clearly the best idea is to shove them all into one place and ply them with alcohol while they talk to each other and work it out after that.

No, it's a good idea.  Shut up.

...okay.  It may just be a good excuse for a party.  Sue her.]

[He finishes the very ugly, very grainy, very grey drink and slides it over. There are bits of pickles and little red ketchup blobs floating around in it.]

Bottoms up, you brave, brave man.

[Vash looks down nervously as he twirls the glass in his hand. Watching the concoction as it swirls. He suddenly looks nervous.] Uhhhh... haha. For some reason I'm having some second thoughts.

[Yeah, he doesn't blame you there. But he can't help looking disappointed, quirking a brow.]

Aww, you're gonna put all my hard work and the booze to waste?

Waste booze? NO WAY! [Your hard work? Sure! But not the booze!

Vash grabs the glass, closes his eyes, and throws his head back along with the "drink" to try to get it to go down as quickly as possible. Not that doing so stops him from nearly immediately start gagging.

Quickly he slaps a hand over his mouth and turns his head away from the bar so if he does throw up it will at least be on the floor. His free hand turns into a fist as he pounds the bar a couple times as he struggles to keep the drink down.]

[This would be a really good time to shout encouraging words, but since Zack doesn't even know the guy's name - he's "the loud one" on the network that's all he remembers - all he can do is clap.]

Bravo, what a trooper! I didn't know if you'd pull it off.

[He reaches over and grabs a cleaning bucket from beneath the bar, sliding it over. He can see your struggle and he really doesn't want to mop booze pickles off the floor.]

[He doesn't finish that sentence as he suddenly grabs at the bucket instead of pushing it away. Just in the nick of time as he leans his face into it and empties his stomach.]

Ughhhh....

[Ewwww, glad he had the foresight to pass over the bucket. Zack winces, leaning backwards away from the smell of the nasty mixture, and gives Vash a tentative shoulder pat.]

Ugh. [Vash finishes and rubs his mouth with the back of his hand.] I'm alright.

M-Maybe make that one an off menu request only. A secret menu item. Like, a so secret we never talk about it again kind of secret, off menu item.

Very, very secret private Vash-only menu. I got ya. It was a once in a lifetime experience.

Once in a lifetime for me, but if people want to try to survive that drink I say go ahead and give it to them.
