[ Kara has decided that she needs to meet more people again. The last few months have been... strange, and she's tired of feeling sad about the memories she recently received, so: posing a question to the masses it is! The video starts with her waving cheerily. ]

Hello! My name is Kara, if we haven't met. I'm on the Tourist and it's been awhile since I sent a fleetwide video and so I thought, heck, why not do one today?

If you feel like sharing, who is someone you'd want to show up here? Now, assume they could show up here but not be weighed down with the whole "not being able to leave and therefore being miserable" baggage. I guess, who do you miss? Anyone who might think this is a great big adventure?

I'll start. I'd want Winn to come back, obviously, but beyond that, I think my sister Alex would be a tremendous asset to the fleet, plus I just miss her a lot. I also recently remembered my friend Lena, who would be very interested in the whole situation. I think she'd be a great fit—she's one of the smartest people I know—and it'd be great to see her again.

I really wouldn't say no to my Aunt May...Though I'd be worried about how she'd handle the shock of showing up in space.

Assuming she took that well enough though, I'm sure she'd love it. Maybe not for the same reasons I do, but she'd probably see the whole thing as an exciting road trip. And probably end up swapping recipes with half the galaxy.

I don't know about a good addition to the Fleet, but...yeah. Cremisius Aclassi, Krem for short. He's my lieutenant back home, hell of a guy, smart, resourceful. I wouldn't have anybody else at my back.

I miss my family, of course. Kind of hard not to, even when you're not in a completely different universe. But...out of the people who'd think this was great...my friend Liara. She'd try to study everything, but it's kind of amazing to watch her work. We'd be lucky to have her.

Is it weird I chose someone from your world? [And maybe it is. Maybe she should rescue someone from home. Death is coming for all of them according to Kurt, so anyone here is someone who outlives it. But then who does she choose? Why was she chosen?]

I don't have any blood relations left but there's my very best friend in the whole world. Her name is Jill. She and I grew up together. She's super bad ass and I miss her every day... It's weird not to just be able to give her a vid call and tell her about my day.

[He pauses, because he hasn't talked about this with anyone and it feels odd to open up. So he adds something else to that he knows will sound crazy in hopes of distracting her.]

Other than that, totally Ryder would be next. She's sort of a hero from my world. She'd have this place cleaned up in a jiffy and her brother's not bad on the eyes either, when he's not in a coma that is. Otherwise it's just a bit creepy isn't it?
