Who: Randolph Lyall and YOU!
Broadcast: Network - unfiltered for the Marsiva
Action: Waking up on the Marsiva - shuffle to SS Heron
When: Immediately after arrival, since he made it just before the shuffle

[If you are used to seeing people waking up belligerent and demanding answers, dear viewers, you might get a little disappointed at how anti-climatic this one is.

Probably because Lyall spent about ten minutes pretending to sleep while sniffing around once he realized he wasn't where he was supposed to be. So when he 'wakes up', he simply opens his eyes and slowly sits up, looking around with mild interest.

He quickly and silently asses his state - no injuries, he's wearing clothing. He's feeling a little groggy, as if waking up from a full moon night, but if he were he'd be locked up and decidedly more naked.

Then, suddenly he blinks even though nothing noticeable happened on the screen, and stands up to walk to the camera, looking up at it.]

If this is transmitting, might someone tell me how to get in contact with Lord Falmouth? It's urgent.

[Action - Marsiva]

[Among the people freaking out and those being extremely enthusiastic, the one thing that might make Lyall stand out even though he wishes he weren't is his attitude. He isn't walking around in a rage demanding answers or being scared of what is happening, but simply taking advantage of the food, drinks and sleep options presented to them.

Not all food options are satisfactory, though. You might find him sighing slightly as he delicately eats the pieces of raw meat he's been given.]

I hate to be a bother, but do you think they might have fish instead?

Action - SS Heron]

[Well, that transfer was... unsettling. Immediately upon arrival, Lyall sniffs the air quickly, and... frowns. No, this doesn't smell right either.]

I'm terribly sorry, but I am afraid I will not be able to stay among you for very long.

[Fanciful. Ha. Not a word Shiro would use for this, but still amusing - this guys is definitely a friend of Biffy's. He'll take it if it means no freaking out!]

That's... a way to put it. But if you have any other questions, I can help. And yes, we do. Sandalio came to me as soon as he arrived to be ready for his moon cycle, so we have a space where you can stay safely, and with him. If that's what you want, I mean, I'm not sure if werewolves stay in the same space during that period.

[There go Shiro's eyebrows upupup. This is a surprising revelation!]

You're his mate? Oh, he will be delighted to see you. He clearly misses you. This is surely something you'll want to talk about with him later, but you're always welcome to transfer to the Blameless when they free you from the Marsiva. That way you can stay with him and have access to the werewolf room. Do you know what your augment is yet?

Just Shiro is fine. [If this guy is anything like Biffy, he knows that won't work but hey. He at least has to try, right?] There are never enough engineers around here. The technology is quite impressive, you have a lot to learn from. You can ask other people too if you're curious, since we'll come from worlds with different levels of science advancements.

[Yeah, he expects that answer. But hey, he tried. Just, you know, putting the foundation out there for the future. The other part of that comment though? Shiro chuckles.]

You'll fit perfectly in the Blameless then, most of us don't like inactivity. In fact, I think restlessness was getting on Sandalio's nerves, I think. He went on a redecoration spree.

So that was "refraining"?

[Just kidding! ...maybe. Probably. Let's leave it there, he doesn't want imagine what mood Biffy would've gotten into if Lyall hadn't shown up. Bless the new woof.]

Good to hear. I hope you get to settle down easily too. Most people are incredibly nice and helpful around here - there's a certain sense of community, since we're all stuck in this together.
