βοΈ 1st Crash π₯ [Video and Action]
Who: You!... and Flug Slys who doesn't want to be included
Broadcast: Yes
Action: Aboard the Marsiva and Aboard SS Red Ship after shuffle
When: Before and After the Shuffle
[Video and Action [Aboard the Marsiva]
[Don’t you just hate it when the camera turns on by accident, only to catch some random object instead of a person? It appears that today the fleet cameras have decided to capture video of this random paper bag, talk about a waste of air-ti-- Oh, wait, no, it appears to be speaking. Evidently this is a person. Frankly, they look just about as flustered by the discovery.]
“OH— you have to be kidding me, THAT was the on button?! What kind of idiot wires a comm link l--”
[When it clips back on the man in the bag looks much more composed, he even organized the layout around him, attempting to make some form of a makeshift desk.]
“Greetings! I am Dr. Flug Slys, premiere Scientist and Evil Genius of Black Hat Organization!”
[Only to deflate immediately.]
“W-which you, uh, you no doubt know already i-if you bothered taking me in the first place, uh, erm…”
[He falters a moment, reaching off screen for something.] “I have to say, not many kidnappers are so forthcoming with information, so, thanks for that? Re-regarding what’s detailed here. I’m currently under contract to do another show at the moment —which I was in the middle of filming, actually— and am expressly forbidden to do business elsewhere. I’m afraid I can’t really offer my services.”
[So unfortunate for you, Atroma. It’s out of his hands, really!]
“There might also be some uh, l-liability issues employing a high caliber criminal like me? Eheh? So, I-if I could just be transferred to the nearest prison or security facility instead, I think that would be more beneficial.”
[What was a penitentiary compared to the anxiety-inducing torture of unwanted social interaction?]
“…Please??”
[Action] Aboard the SS Red Fish]
[Flug is no stranger to forced teleportation, whether it was due to conditions above the Marsiva or the simple reminder of why, the 'very scary, hardened' criminal arrives aboard the SS red Fish frozen mid-flinch, eyes dilated in abject terror.]
"Wh-- I was just--"
[And then the confetti bursts.]
"GAH!"
[As inevitably as all captives do, Flug eventually takes to wandering his new dwellings. The Engine Room and Lab area are given areas he might linger near but the decor, in particular, catches his interest; when he isn't working, you can find him examining those curious skull designs and what looks suspiciously like blood stains aboard the vessel.]

High caliber criminal, huh? Can't believe that one. What have you done? Successfully fight your way out of a paper bag?

"I'll have you know I am wanted for 82,062 accounts of criminal activity."
[Some were just... more serious than others-- but crime nevertheless!]
"My weapons and inventions are an essential part of the criminal empire."
no subject
[It is apparent in his tone that he is amused more than anything.]
Actually, it's the planets we end up on that you should be concerned about. They go around arresting people over the smallest of things! They may even go after you for not recycling properly!
no subject
[What part of asking for a prison transfer wouldn't lead to handcuffs?]
"Wait, they just let us loose and--"
[Perhaps it would be easier to get detained there. Somewhere more obvious to be held than a traveling human entertainment exhibit! Unless it really is some backwater planet..]
"Augh, I don't have time for that!" [Flug groans, based on this guys on this guy's attitude, he worries he already knows this answer but..]
"I don't suppose the fleet ever leaves anyone arrested behind?"

Action, Red Fish
Yeah, that happens.

[Flug squints, looking for whatever opening the unwanted jubilance rained from, before lowering his apprehensive hands and viewing the newcomer instead.]
"...This is still part of that "show"?"
no subject
She answers his second question.]
Supposedly, everything is part of the show.

"I thought I made it clear, I have no interest in partaking. It's contractually against my terms!β
[Even if he could, what would his boss think to find him in such a position? He was so sure he heard heroes were around. Why aren't they doing something? Was he really being taken so lightly? He sighs.]
βSo iβm to remain on this ship now?"
[It's going to be exhausting to be teleported somewhere new every 24 hours otherwise.]

Engine room;;
You looking for something?
Ah the joy of vaguely describing what has no description ^^; I hope this works okay
"I've worked with machinery from a great number of other worlds. This equipment doesn't remind me of any of their's per say, but I recognize it enough."
[As much as he wants to brag, he sounds just a little uneasy at the confession. Something isn't adding up. Flug may love being smart but he hates being in the dark more. Finally, He acknowledges the other.]
"... This part charges the kinetic energy, and that there acts as a piston to power this secondary process, yes?"
[Looks like you aren't the only one with an Engineer's augment, Carl.]
It's cool!
Really? Is it knowledge from home, or have you been to another place like the fleet before?
okay good <3 thanks
[But it doesn't answer why he knows this room's contents. Has he been here before? Processes sure, he could justify instinctively knowing, but not the piece's names.]
"I take it you've been running this room? Any prior experience?"

The bag isn't the only strange thing about Flug, though. It's his request. Alucard is perched over a worktable, arms crossed in front of him with a curiously amused smile on his face.]
I'm not sure I've ever heard a criminal ask to be delivered to a prison. Whatever you're frightened of must be very serious.
[There has to be something more threatening looming in the man's mind. That's the only logical conclusion.]
no subject
[Although something horrible is indeed chasing him, Alucard is halfway right on that assumption.]
"I-its more about the sense of the matter. Consider: I could go about my business, pretending I'm not who I say, but that puts the power into my captor's hands to blow my cover at any time and lead to the same result. By revealing myself, I retain control over the situation."
[That and he has some protocol to work with, but there's no reason to go into that. A shrug.]
"It just saves time."
no subject
In any event, you're in luck I believe. As far as I know, we have no such facilities here.
[He tilts his head to the side with a hum of consideration.]
Though your new shipmates may have ideas, once you're assigned.
no subject
[There are no prisons? No holding facilities?! If Alucard thought this news would bring the inventor peace, he is sorely mistaken.]
βBut- thenβ h-how do you detain threats? Do you just toss them out the airlock?β
[Are they going to toss HIM out the airlock? Surely, there must be someone of his moral alignment around here? He canβt be the only villain to ever be kidnapped by this group!... He hopes not at least. God that would be really embarrassing. Maybe he has time to steal a suit; where can he find the adequate supplies to construct an apparatus to survive the vacuum of space--]

So. Is anyone going to actually ask about the bag or? I mean. Is this some Phantom of the Opera shit?
Ahjbvgjv THANKS CROWLEY
[Flug wishes he could be surprised by this kind of commentary, he really does. Even behind the recyclable mask you can hear his gritted teeth.]
"My bag, my business. Now. Was there anything else you wished to discuss?"
B)
Just saying if you wanted to hide your face you could have done it way better than this.

[ Have you ever heard a lion try to talk like a human being? With all that animal growl and danger? Because that's what Bakugou sounds like right now, like he's just found a target and he'd love to unload all his rage and danger out on it. ]
Oh man HECK YES
ββ¦Yes?β
[The comparison does not bring much comfort. Flug turns to glance over his shoulder to see who is speaking.]
"I-- I take it, youβ?β

Red Fish Action
Ah yes, I thought I heard a yelp. Hello, I--[A very confused look suddenly crosses his features as he now has a better look at the figure.]--Is that a bag on your head?
[Action] Huzzah for more crewmates! \o/
[Amazing powers of deduction there, friend.]
"And I'd just as soon keep it there, if you don't mind..."
[Despite the rather firm response, the majority of hostility seems to leave the Scientist rather quickly. Flug tilts his head to regard the newcomer with newfound curiosity; however reluctant he is to turn away from his bizarre discovery.]
"Quite the vessel. Rich history?"
Indeed! \o/
[He steps forward still, brushing strands of his white hair out of his eyes and tops of his glasses. (A haircut was in order sometime.)]
Oh, I'm assuming. Whatever happened here predates my own arrival. By how much, I'm not certain, but enough time that the stains have decided they wish to stay. The skulls, on the other hand, well. It's a matter of scales and ratios, I think.
