✈️ 1st Crash 💥 [Video and Action]
Who: You!... and Flug Slys who doesn't want to be included
Broadcast: Yes
Action: Aboard the Marsiva and Aboard SS Red Ship after shuffle
When: Before and After the Shuffle
[Video and Action [Aboard the Marsiva]
[Don’t you just hate it when the camera turns on by accident, only to catch some random object instead of a person? It appears that today the fleet cameras have decided to capture video of this random paper bag, talk about a waste of air-ti-- Oh, wait, no, it appears to be speaking. Evidently this is a person. Frankly, they look just about as flustered by the discovery.]
“OH— you have to be kidding me, THAT was the on button?! What kind of idiot wires a comm link l--”
[When it clips back on the man in the bag looks much more composed, he even organized the layout around him, attempting to make some form of a makeshift desk.]
“Greetings! I am Dr. Flug Slys, premiere Scientist and Evil Genius of Black Hat Organization!”
[Only to deflate immediately.]
“W-which you, uh, you no doubt know already i-if you bothered taking me in the first place, uh, erm…”
[He falters a moment, reaching off screen for something.] “I have to say, not many kidnappers are so forthcoming with information, so, thanks for that? Re-regarding what’s detailed here. I’m currently under contract to do another show at the moment —which I was in the middle of filming, actually— and am expressly forbidden to do business elsewhere. I’m afraid I can’t really offer my services.”
[So unfortunate for you, Atroma. It’s out of his hands, really!]
“There might also be some uh, l-liability issues employing a high caliber criminal like me? Eheh? So, I-if I could just be transferred to the nearest prison or security facility instead, I think that would be more beneficial.”
[What was a penitentiary compared to the anxiety-inducing torture of unwanted social interaction?]
“…Please??”
[Action] Aboard the SS Red Fish]
[Flug is no stranger to forced teleportation, whether it was due to conditions above the Marsiva or the simple reminder of why, the 'very scary, hardened' criminal arrives aboard the SS red Fish frozen mid-flinch, eyes dilated in abject terror.]
"Wh-- I was just--"
[And then the confetti bursts.]
"GAH!"
[As inevitably as all captives do, Flug eventually takes to wandering his new dwellings. The Engine Room and Lab area are given areas he might linger near but the decor, in particular, catches his interest; when he isn't working, you can find him examining those curious skull designs and what looks suspiciously like blood stains aboard the vessel.]

The Engine Room and Lab area are given areas he might linger near but the decor, in particular, catches his interest; when he isn't working, you can find him examining those curious skull designs and what looks suspiciously like blood stains aboard the vessel.]
no subject
[But he really isn't looking for many more backlash. Flug has had quite enough after Bakugou's reaction.]
"As Senior Vice President and head of research and development at Black Hat Organization, it is my job to outfit villains with whatever they might need to further their own endeavors; be it weapons, devices or creative solutions."
[His hands fidget at his sides, torn between wanting to hold them up disarmingly and posturing as a proper evil genius should. As it is, he simply looks about ready to bolt for the door at a moment's notice.]
"..I um, uh-- I offered to take a prison transfer; A-Atroma has yet to approve my request."
no subject
Being in a different plane of existence such as this with many others in our same predicament, the...[he pauses for a slight second, his thoughts falling in step with his tongue.]...lines, so to speak, between what one would consider a "hero" and "villain" are, I think, blurred now. It is us, as this motley crew, and whatever Atroma and their crew is that is brought us here.
So no, you ought to stay; I think we're both where we belong. Besides, as a fellow tinkerer, now you've got me very curious about what you can create. [His stance relaxes a hair as he offers the barest hint of a smile. He has no idea if this is a good idea or not, but there's no one around to exactly stop him either...]
no subject
"The.. 'enemy of my enemy is my friend', I think is the phrase."
[And it's a fair assessment, as long as Atroma hindered them both, why should Flug take any issue with the other hostages?]
"I.. I can create anything. If I can't, I learn. In my line of work, failure isn't really an option so..."
[If you get his drift. Villains aren't exactly known for their understanding.]
"Anyway I suppose I lean towards robotics and technological advancements as a preference. Weapons, armors and the like. You.. say you invent also?"
no subject
[He nods, catching that drift, though that's never been a particular issue of his.]
I do invent! [He extends a hand back the way he originally came.] Come on, let's have a seat over here and we can talk about it more, Vice President...? [He trails off, glancing at the bagged man.]
no subject
[Flug blinks, hesitantly taking a seat. more used to defending his title than casual conversation. Can you tell he doesn't get out much?]
"Oh!-- my name! Y-you want-- uh, Flug. Dr. Flug, if you please."
[He extends a gloved hand, patiently acknowledging the crewnmate. And yours, good sir?]
