[At last, the day has come: Festival Day! Once again, the Starstrikers have taken the trophy this year. But that doesn't mean members of other teams, or those who didn't play, can't celebrate with the rest of them!

There are parties everywhere. Ribbons, streamers, and confetti litter every major street in the system. (Remember what they say about glitter...) There is food on every block, and people cramming into shops to get in on the merch.

Don't forget about the reason for the festival-- the pet adoption drive! A large playground-type area has been set up on the Starstrikers' desert moon where people can play and interact with the lovable creatures needing new homes. Whether you're looking for companionship or just something to do, there's plenty to coo over! Every pet comes with an info card listing a fanciful name and a general description of their age and temperament. Maybe Sir Pringle the puppy or Marquess Mariana the fish can become your new best friend.

Sadly, the Fleet will be drifting in about a week... but feel free to party until then!]

I'll keep you updated. Might have something coming up pretty soon. [Wasn't sure if Aizawa wanted her wrangling help in if it concerned his student, but an extra set of hands wouldn't be a bad idea.]

Besides scrap, are you finding everything you need?

As much as can be expected. It's a hard transition from being in the military to living a civilian life. Aside from your projects, what you do to fill your time here?

I grow things. On my ship and on the Iskaulit. It's a luxury; things didn't grow on my own world.

Military, huh? That is a bit of a jump. Took me a bit to settle in. If you ever need to let off some steam, let me know.

How do you grow your garden on the ship? As to your offer....do you know any form of hand to hand combat?

Gardening in space is a bit tricky, but it's got a lot in common with the one green place where I came from, [The hanging gardens in the Citadel turned out to be good for inspiration] if you want to take a look sometime, let me know.

I don't know if it has a name, but it's basic Wastelander survival; pretty much anything goes. A lot of use of improvised weapons.

So you basically improvise with what you have for fighting. I used to train with my Captain back at home, I wouldn't mind looking for another partner to train with.

[He was familiar with relying on stashed weapons as well. He normally kept a viroblade up his sleeve, that he no longer had here. He also like to keep one in his boot.]

I would also be curious to see your gardens some day as well.
